I dont understand why most Beckham highlight videos absooutely ignore his Manchester United days, where he played his best football. Yes, he had some epic assists and goals at Real Madrid, but his prime was easily his Manchester United era.

@@sigitprabowo363No. His Manchester era was his prime. He was always making epic passes and assists every single match. He also had more pace back then. He very often outshined his teammates. His defensive workrate was very high too and he used to often come in the middle to score really long range goals.

Despite the accolades he's still an under rated player. He was such a weapon, taking out entire defences with either a perfect pass or shots that were scored with sniper like accuracy. There have been few more effective players in footballing history.

And not only that. He had amazing, AMAZING discipline and determination in his game. He would make the unexpected. Just see a game in AC Milan, where he is past his prime. In the first half he destroyed the opposition by himself and in the second half, Ronaldinho came in and of course took the reign. But the point is that Beckham and Ronnie were pure gold, even in AC Milan, with teammates like Pirlo, Seedorf, Inzaghi, Ambrosini, Gattuso etc, those two were on another level!!

Elegancia, estilo, talento, visión de juego, táctico, pegada, precisión, todo eso tenía David Beckham. Pero de alguna manera todas sus cualidades como futbolista, fueron opacadas por el marketing generado a su alrededor, y su publicitada relación con una de las Space Girls ( Victoria, que ahora es su señora esposa) y en su momento pesaba más éso, que lo extraordinario que era como jugador. Lo bueno es que ha sabido sacar partido a todo eso y hoy tiene una hermosa familia, y además es un gran empresario junto a su Victoria ( que todo indica que ella es talentosa en marketing y negocios)

Madre mia que bueno era. Que guante tenía en la derecha. me sorprendo aún viendo como tuvo tanta humildad y se recicló de centrocampista en el Real Madrid. Como volvió después de ser apartado por Capello y ser fundamental para ganar la Liga. Que luego ganara la liga también en EE.UU y Francia. Ha sido un jugador de éxito en todos los clubes. Solo le ha faltado un título con la selección. Siempre infravalorado por el tema mediático. Gran video para los que le fallan la memoria
