It's not until they have gone that you realise how important musicians are. Bowie's songs were the soundtrack to my life, from Space Oddity to Blackstar, I loved him. I did get to see him 3 times live. And on top of being a great artist, he was beautiful, that facial bone structure and those eyes, plus a great sense of humour, and he didn't take himself too seriously. RIP David and condolences to Iman and family and all those who really knew him.

Bowie was my First!! Concert I was in high school. We spent most of the day waiting outside the arena. They tore Hara arena down some years ago. So sad, so many memories there. Cried my eyes out the day he passed. Rest in heavenly peace mr. Bowie, my love. 💗💖💝💜💙💚

It was truly perfect. The bass player is Gail Ann Dorsey, who toured with him from 1995 until he passed. She's amazing. She grew up in West Philadelphia. The only time I've ever seen her perform in person that I know of was when she played a gig with singer-songwriter Susan Werner. I had to look her up and find out everything. She was that good.

I've always Loved Him and His music but stumbled upon a song I've never heard of until recently, "Wild is the Wind" and I knew it was David right away... I cry Everytime I watch Him sing it and The older He Got, the more Beautiful He was... Of Course I was an 80's Baby but I wish I could have Made Just One of His Concerts...
