Coverdale-era Deep Purple, aka Deep Purple Mk-II, did not not meet the definition of "Super Group". Pay attention to the world around you. It's common knowledge that a "Super Group" is defined as a collaboration made up entirely of musicians each with an established career. Traveling Wilburys was a Super Group because they consisted of Bob Dylan, George Harrison, Jeff Lynne, Roy Orbison and Tom Petty.

That's not the spelling in the English-speaking region in music industry, it's "Poseur", the French spelling adopted in the United Kingdom, and White Snake are NOT Poseurs. The band was an offshoot of Deep Purple with not just David Coverdale but also the drummer, Ian Pace and keyboardist, John Lord. The version that toured in support of the Album with "Here I Go Again, "Still of the Night" and "Is This Love" were Rudy Sarzo (Bass Guitar) and Tommy Aldridge(Drums) from Ozzy Osbourne's band, Vivian Campbell (Lead/Rhythm Guitar) from Ronnie James Dio's band and Adrian Vandenburg who had been in and out of White Snake and recorded as a solo artist. Vandenburg's single was "This Burning Heart of Mine".

@@ruedigernassauer That applies to bands like Warrant, Poison, Kix, Hanoi Rocks, etc. It does NOT apply to Deep Purple offshoots. Rainbow, Whitesnake, Blackmore's Night nor any Ian Gillan or John Lord project may be categorized as "Poseur", or "Hair Metal".
