First caller, you just gotta ignore the guy lmao whenever he complains at lunch, just either look at him for an extra second and chuckle then look away, or just pretend nobody heard what he said. Don’t acknowledge the negativity, and if he ever says anything nice or positive for once, make sure to have an overtly positive reaction on your end. Ice out the negatives

I like how the solution is always “simply talk to the person about the situation” but instead people make crazy lies and over-complicate extremely simple situations. It’s funny to watch and crazy to think about how people would rather do that than be like “alright man let’s keep it light” when negative Nancy gets a little too emo.

I hate that podcasters think using KZfaqr advice of putting a "coming up" part at the beginning adds engagement. It does for KZfaq type videos, not podcasts, it's so annoying having to skip the first minute every time I start watching an episode.
