Truly one of the best concert moments on KZfaq. And his lone voice with the light refraction of the camera behind David is absolutely perfect cinematography

Gilmour stated in an interview that the bare stripped down version of this song is his heartfelt remembrance and tribute to Syd after his passing. You can really tell during this song during this tour that every single performance of this song is truly heartfelt from the first note struck on his old black strat to the last word "Shine" you can feel the pain, anguish, regret and sadness inside Mr. Gilmour. And that is why I love him, very few artists can convey what he can in musical expression.

Gilmour has a totally unique style. Underappreciated, I say. He's not among Floyd fans, but in a general sense he's never mentioned with the same old, boring, Beck, Clapton, Page, Hendrix blah, blah, blather. Nothing against those four but there are tons of guys who play better. But that's just my two cent's worth. Gilmour is better. But so is Zappa. Terry Kath and many others. But hey, it's subjective right. We like what we like. Also, Don Rich of Buck Owen/Buckaroos.

To sing like that, with just you and your guitar, in front of God and everybody... I've never seen something so powerful.

The crows is SO silent. They understand the meaning of this song to David and Rick

I love how Mr. Wright's opening notes are so slow and deliberate. It has a certain level of emotion that the faster WYWH version lacks.

The lonely voice of Gilmour singing this masterpiece accompanied only by his guitar gives me gossebumps. This is the greatest version of this song. It's marvelous.

I grew up on Pink Floyd since the age of 10 years old in Tehran, Iran. 4 decades later I’m still in love with their music... They broadcasted the sounds and words of another galaxy on earth 🙏❤️

Wright looks like an angel in that lighting. It's eerie. A reminder of where he's at right now teaching the real angels about music!

David's voice was definitely at its peak during this tour.

This is one of those performances that again shows the moment in every one of davids songs. He captures every bit of resonance from every instrument, never lets it die. The sound just echoes into the next note and amplifies.

I’ve had the great fortune to see Floyd and Gilmour live, on many occasions. Other than front row center, for the Pulse tour, this is by far, the concert, where all the stars aligned. Perfect in every way. A truly remarkable experience.

The glass harmonica at the beginning is fairytale-like. David's solo on his distorted Strat still leaves me speechless.
