David Wilkerson was the Founding Pastor of Times Square Church in New York City. He was called to New York in 1958 to minister to gang members and drug addicts, as told in the best-selling book, The Cross and the Switchblade.
In 1987, David Wilkerson returned to "the crossroads of the world" to establish Times Square Church. As a pastor of the church, he faithfully led this congregation, delivering powerful biblical messages that encourage righteous living and complete reliance on God.
David Wilkerson had a strong burden to encourage and strengthen pastors throughout the world. From 1999 to 2008, he traveled around the globe holding conferences for Christian ministers.

Just discovered Pastor Wilkerson on youtube and thanking God. I grew up with his preaching and am grateful for God allowing us to still glean from messages thru youtube. His words are still appropriate for today ... God's Word never changes. Is the same yesterday today and forever!!!!!

Same here Janette Norton, even though he is gone, I do miss him every day, and I thank God that I was able to have him as my Pastor in NYC at the Times Square Church at a time when I was going through a very difficult and vulnerable time in my life as a single mother of a teenager son, he prayed for me and my son right there in front of the entire congregation, and for that I will never forget him, he still my favorite man of God many years later!

I was homeless, now I own a home outright. I was cast down and abused; God lifted me from the ashes. I was forsaken and rejected; yet the King of Kings saw me and lifted me from the mire and made me part of His Family. I went from being unloved to loved. I went from being afraid to gaining courage, truth, and God's strength and guidance. The longer I live, the more I see how the world is like a carnival with all its worthless yet shiny trinkets. I have suffered with horrible depression over family members situations most of all, because I felt helpless to help them ,when in 2017 my youngest son Thomas James was given 16 years prison sentence for a robbery of a store ,I didn't have money for lawyer's and it was horrible to see my youngest son Thomas 26 taken off to this hellish prison and he has 5 five little children out here to. But now it's been 5 years since I seen my son Thomas James in prison but I'm praying God please protect him and bring him back home to his children again to see them. And early parole pray for half time, sentence reduction. We need a miracle. Please pray for my son Thomas to see how God does miracles and open prison doors and freedom is possible all things are possible with God Matthew 19,26. Please pray for his early release from prison to have freedom. Thank you brothers and sisters in christ jesus love you praise the lord jesus christ name amen.

Will pray for him sister. If you write or talk to him tell him that deep prayer combined with FASTING causes miracles especially a 3 day no food fast. God bless and protect your son.

I just want to say that Pastor Wilkerson had true love for the sheep! You want to see a doomsday preacher just turn on TBN, damning millions to hell by the day. We need more preachers of this caliber like David Wilkerson but God said "there will be a famine in the land" and I don't think God was referring to food but The Word!

As a Christian we are told to hate the sin itself NOT the sinner. We are all sinners and fall short of the glory of God. It is by grace only that we are saved. We are to love our neighbor as ourselves. We are not to judge. There is but one judge and that is God Almighty. We are to be forgiving so as to be forgiven. I believe Jesus Christ was born of a virgin, sent here to live as a perfect sinless man, die on the cross for our sins, and rise again on the third day for our salvation and justification. Grace is a gift and all you have to do is accept the gift, repent, which is to turn away from your sin, ask for forgiveness, and follow the Lord. God bless you all. ❤️🙏🏼✝️ 6 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes and in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

The Lord gives the prophets a lot of blessings to help them bear the things they see. And people try to kill them tear them to pieces and lock them up. He sends someone to help and they want to kill them. but,he makes it worthwiile , He jokes with them and shows them beautiful things. in between all that trouble. He takes care of His own. Praise the Lord for his goodness.

TRUST GOD, WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME: There is only one God (in three parts), God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Humans are one person (in three parts) The body, soul and spirit. The Bible says that we are all sinners. As it is written: There is none righteous no not one. Romans 3:10 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 But we are all as an unclean thing and all our righteousness are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23(the word “death” in this verse means eternal separation, from God in hell). Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow.Isaiah 1:18 Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that He was buried and that He rose again the third day according to the scriptures.1CORINTHIANS 15:3-8 In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14 For by grace ye are saved, through faith; and not of yourselves it is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vein. Galatians 2:21 If you would like to receive Jesus as your Savior. Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and tell Jesus that you trust in Him and only Him to save you from hell. The moment you trust in Jesus and His shed blood on the cross to pay for your sins, you are saved. After people get saved , God wants them to get baptized in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

I had a vision of David Wilkerson.The Lord gives me visions of the dead/live in Christ. He was the second one to rebuke me. i had said his church fell into taking the mark/jab vaaa xxeeen. He did not want his name mixed up with that. He is very helpful. i apologised. And he found this message for me. I was shredded by false brethren. Needed this message

What version of the Bible is he reading from? I tried to follow but neither the ESV or the KJV are worded the way he read. Can someone shed light on what version he’s reading from so I can follow along. TIA
