Just as Christ could not perform miracles in His hometown because faith was not present, so the reasons that the miracles that should be the opposite of the evils of today. We must have faith and acts of faith. Learn the parable of the loaves and fish in the baskets. How more was returned than they started with. Meditate on that.

When was this message preached?

I would point out each of the characters in these stories actually had an interactive relationship with God. That's something that none of us have. It's not just faith that's unreasonable, it's the God making the demand for it.
