My mother was a Mizo from Kulikon (Aizawl) and my father a Rajput Army Officer from Udaipur. But I grew up in Haflong (St. Agnes) and then St. Edmunds, Shillong and.I have an undying passion for Mizo gospel songs. I am an Army Officer too but as I grew older my roots beckon me. I just love this praise of Our Lord and this quartet sing it just so wonderfully.

Fight the enemy without fear. Look the youths around you. The poison of sin is killing them. (Repeating) Shout the victory with the lord jesus as shield. Save those who are dying. We shall defeat the power of sin, Because of God who defeated for us. 2. Look oh! our land how pitiful it is. Sin has crept all over the corners. Its time to awake! the soldier of the lord. With a song of victory, lets take the land. 3. We have been sent to this dark world to be its light. Without fear lets face darkness. The God whom we trust wins the land. By faith we shall win the battle.
