He's the absolute best I've seen to date. There are literally millions of legal presentations on the various subject matter issu but none has come even remotely close to the clear, concise and transparent presentation presented herein. I've been watching for year's now and have benefited greatly (alongside the use of the Blacks Law Dictionary) in my daily life as a local small business owner and disabled generational war veteran. I have a issue, I was to get a remediation for bed bugs and I received a prep sheet to do from apt maintenance before the bug guy can come in and do services, there were alot of problems that weren't address - 3 days before remediation I called the apt maintenance and told him that I couldn't take my cat outside and sit in a carrier for 4 hours so I negotiated that I put the pets in a ventilated sealed room non treated of course and jim told me to chose the bathroom or second bedroom, I chose the bed room. Around the time of treatment maintenance told me I didnt do the prep sheet properly not clearing out the second bedroom. Even thought i told jim about the pet request, then the bed bug guy told me that beside the request I didnt do the baseboards in my house and this wasn't on the prep sheet and told me told me that I didnt vacuum properly but on the prep sheet vacuum was only after treatment

Thanks for the video...I have quastion ...WE have a signed agreement for provision of logging services for 3 years in that signed agreement WE determined everything in thé SOW except thé commencement day thé client has put a clause in this agreement that company IS under no obligation to provide thé release agreement 'Service order' 2 years left and nothing has yet been provided bye client ..what do you advise to do ... Is my landlord in a breached of contract for now trying to back date sewer bills he hasn’t sent me a bill since they owned this property as of 2019 now he is giving me all the old bills . I asked him many time since March to mail them.. first time he gave me a bill was in September totaling over $150 now he’s trying to give me another bill totaling over $230 and so forth ..

I am in the middle in a job and I dont have a signed contract however the guy owes me a lot of money over 100,000 that is worth fighting for .... Wwe could not sign contract because the job was a bit too big and very undefined . So the guy told me he is not sure about the entire contract .Being the fact that we did job for this guy before , we took the contract ...At the end of the project , the guy start paying games ... what do we do ? we have proof that we did the job and pictures to prove we did the job ...email exchange , text message ...can someone help ?
