So once the file is restricted from all that which you have mentioned only viewing is possible and nothing else.

It does not appear that this prevents someone from making and distributing duplicate copies of a PDF file. This only prevents copying portions of text when the file is open for viewing.

It's only work in edge browser but if you open it in Safari browser it doesn't work, we can copy and paste it's not protected on other browser

Turns out that nothing can really protect a PDF. I created a secured PDF in both Acrobat DC and Libre Office, but I was able to open/save them from PDF24 as fresh PDFs, with no restrictions.

sorry but you might loose the formatting of your file with this method (when using a special font or in some utf-8 codig)
