For me, it’s gotta be a tie between DaVinci and Final Cut, and I love that I can edit DaVinci projects on my iPad on the go without having to pay for a subscription!!! 🎉😍

I left PP back in 2002. Lol. It really sucked back then. Went to FCP2-7 and now FCPX for 12+ years. It’s so fast and easy. The way it handles media search is game changing. I can tackle massive doc projects in way less time and get paid the same.

Ik right? I love Final Cut, been using it for 5 years (Maybe even more), and I’m still twelve. It makes editing less of a hassle, and even if you quit the app, it auto-saves your project in the library, in case your not done editing

I've never been interested in DaVinci, so I guess that's the one I'd kill. I'm married to Final Cut but she allows me to date Premiere every now and then -- knowing I'll always come back home to her!

If Apple just put the slightest bit of effort into Final Cut Pro they would dominate this market. Nothing else comes even remotely close to how easy it is to work with Final Cut.

For me: Void - Premiere Elements Try - DaVinci Resolve & Premiere Pro Preserve - Final Cut Pro I heard DaVinci Resolve has a very good color grading tools and Premiere Pro’s good for collaborative uses

I have been searching for DaVinci Resolve for the past 10 years. In terms of motion graphics templates and titles, they are lacking this is their only weakness. Speed, render, stability and ease of use once get emerge into the program. Moreover, it flows similarly to Autodesk Smoke.

I've never used anything but Premiere, and I love it. The only time I ever have issues with it is when editing with 4k or green screen (or both). Sadly, those are the two most common things I do (although I'm 90% sure that's more of a CPU issue than a software issue, as I'm still using an i5-9400f.)

That's not a CPU problem because I have 5600x and I have same problem too. Everybody same problem with 4k editing. Only fix way use proxy

You should learn the history of FCPX, FCP and PP. Current PP is really FCP 8; FCPX is their successor, and it’s 1000x superior.

@@MicahIsBatman2 understood! Also need a Mac which is also why PP gets as much attention as it does but doesn’t deserve (imo). Btw food for thought 1) if you’re a student you get Edu discount and gives you FCP / logic / motion / compressor all for just $199 for life. Aka no more subscription fees for life. ..but yeah need a Mac. I’d try resolve then to ditch the subscription fees.

I used FCP for 7 years, Premiere for 7 years and Davinci for 4 years. I date FCP X, marry Davinci and kill Premier just a little bit EVERY month, like a subscription…very slow, very painful 😂

If you like the design on Mac, and want the simplicity and complexity of having an editing software, go for it I’ve been using it for 5 years But if you like the design of windows and you are fine with spending a few extra hours on finding tools, and editing, go for premiere I can’t say anything about Davinci Resolve tho. Final Cut for life tho

My apologies, I used all three tools including Avid and Sony Vegas. Below is my list. 1,DaVinci Resolve 2, Sony Vegas, 3 Final Cut 4, Avid and 5, Premiere... I also used Autodesk Smoke, which is similar to DaVinci.

Kill Premiere Pro! It crashes and you spend $60/month for it to crash 1,462 times a month. Date FCP X, and get their free trial. MARRY Davinci Resolve, as it is a good combination of both FCP X and Premiere Pro.
