The micro dust falls on the floor and anything other surface in the building facing up! But mostly on the floor. We vacuum the bulk up with a HEPA filter machine. Then run a wet floor scrubber over the area too.

Yes, actually. We also have cleaned the entire inside of a combustion chamber with special nozzles. Since there is no media being introduce and the volume of air removes the sediment.

It can, if you want it to. if the part is truly corroded, it's not going to help with the pitted areas. But it will remove the lose material around it.

Yes, sort of... smooth and clean? For sure, but the surface will still have pitting and be noticeable to the naked eye at all distances. Only Vapor Blasting will rectify that.

The base cost of the machine in the US is $36k +/-. Including all the options needed, $45k +/-. Support equipment to use it? Another $35k.

The older industrial machines you used did not allow the operator to change the size of the particle. This made them unusable for cleaning vehicles. Those old machines sold new for $35k plus accessories. Not sure if when you used it that you actually bought it or the company you worked for made the capitol expenditure. Then there is the compressed air solution to run the machine. Also expensive today, $30k. So with the new patented PCS60 at $45k, compressed air solution added to it, then the two post lift at $5k. You can see where that goes. It is a very special machine for a very special application. Not meant for everyone to want or need. But for those who do, it finally exists. Dry ice blasting machines have been around for over 70 years. Cold Jet began with the patented single hose system 37 years ago. There are no gimmicks here, no snake oil selling, or suggestion that anyone "Should" do anything. Just opportunity. I did it, sold the cars I cleaned for more than I expected, so I keep doing it. There is a reason these videos keep popping up....

Absolutely, completely removes that coating! It is documented the factory applied that coating as a protectant against the salt water transportation from foreign countries to the US. Just like the white film applied today to the topside paint. If the debate is that we're removing a "factory" or original product, should the buyers today leave the white film on their new cars too? Will we expect a 2020 Porsche to have this white film on it when shown on the lawn circa 2075 Pebble Beach? Not to mention, none of the cars today we clean will ever be used as daily winter drivers. I doubt most will ever be driven in the rain! But if someone wants a protectant reapplied after we Dryce clean, it is easy enough to do. And the newer products won't yellow as much as cosmoline.

You can also contact the manufacturer directly if you need more information. These machines are amazing but extremely expensive, which is why you don't see too many people using them.

The PCS60 is the only machine offered which allows the operator to decide what size of particle to use real time. Because there are so many different coatings, compositions, and types of finishes on a car, it is absolutely mandatory to be effective. Without this feature, it is completely impossible to match the results with anything else. I would not have entered the market and in fact waited 10 years to do so until the PCS60 was created.

It is true, this system and the service is not for everyone or every car. It's physically demanding, dirty, and loud work. But the results are simply unachievable any other way.

It's good to question, always. But not so good to resolve anything without personally experiencing and then judging. This video was shot over a year and a half ago. There are now over 50 people participating in this dry ice cleaning of cars space. I recently completed my 90th vehicle for a VERY happy client. If properly executed, there is no impact on the surfaces.

Actually for me, it was less. I cleaned my cars first before I sold them at auction. The prices I realized from the presentation, made a significant difference in the final value.
