This is day 1 of my 1 month pilates plan. It’s all about inner thighs and lower abs! Follow along with me and let’s start this month off well:)

(I also do a flat belly exercise with it) Day 1: ✅️ it burnt a Lil Day 2: ✅️ I really felt the burn in my hips,inner thighs and lower belly. Day 3: ✅️ I felt a bit burn and my whole body was sweating Day 4: ✅️ It was way easier and i fult the burn Day 5: ✅️ It was so easy I didn't even take a break! Later today I'm getting a belly piercing so I sadly cannot continue exercising, I wish I could Like my comment by reminding me to do this!

Honestly same, Im also currently on day one and my legs feel a bit swollen but firm, it feels like you have worked out but it does not swell that bad to the point that it hurts

I LOVE THIS! I tend to find super loud workout music obnoxious. This calming music helps me focus on my breath and on my muscles. THANK YOU!!!

Agreed! Exercise in general causes me a bit of anxiety due to the discomfort, but somehow this music allowed me to embrace the burn!

DAY 1: DONE ✅ I started today. I plan to come back here everyday to keep a track. Day 1 was low intensity but that motivates you to come back tomorrow for sure. I didn't have ankle weights, so for the first month i will keep it without weights.

I started Day 2, and when I was about 12 minutes into the workout, I had run for an emergency. I was quite excited about Day 2 as it was a 40 mins workout, and I was mentally preparing myself. I hope to continue it from the part I left today. Day 2 makes you feel the burn, and sweat. I hope to continue tomorrow though. Wish me luck so that I can finish the 1 month challenge.

DAY 2: DONE ✅ I just finished Day 2 from top to bottom, and oh boy, did it burn!!! I faltered in few of the exercises because my wrists were sore, that's because I haven't worked out for years. But I pushed myself to finish whatever I could without being too harsh on my body. I feel so refreshed, now that I completed 40 mins of workout of Day 2. I am already excited for tomorrow.

Just finished day 2,oh lord my legs and arms are not made for this. Amount of times I paused the video, I skipped like 5 exercises becz my entire body was shaking and it’s still shaking… ughhh I hate myself anyways excited for tmr… good luck everyone❤❤

weight: 72 kgs, waist 38 inches -day 1: it was easyyyyyyyyyy. like honestly the easiest home workout ever. maybe because she didnt want to overwhelm the first time people but the 11 mins passed rly quick. i never looked at the clock once thinking "ugh when will this end? -day 2: guys just do it. 40 mins look a lot but it passed by fine. i skipped 3 of the final full body exercises. my hands were hurting. i didnt feel the ab exercises as much in my abs as i felt them in my glutes. they were SHAKING. even after the workout ended, the only things that hurt are my glutes. idk if im doing this wrong? -day 3: okay i was kinda critical for the first 10 mins ngl because i wasnt feeling any burn (i was a hiit girlie. this is my first time w pilates) the last 8 mins HUMBLED me. it was fun tho. -day 4: i have always been an abs girlie but i died today. i actually felt a heart attack coming mid workout. someone said they looked snatched already at day 4 and im not one of those people. we keep going though. tmrw is arms. pray for me -day 5: eh wasnt that bad tbh. i felt my arms burn only in the last 3 exercises. rest i felt just in my glutes and the downward-dog-to-bent-knees-to-plank in my thighs. -day 6: i loveeeee stretching vids sm. i'll be honest guys. i dont think its working out. maybe im too stiff for pilates or smth. i never feel the burn in the target areas required. i'll still try to finish it in sha allah -day 8: i made a mistake and did day 8's workout instead of day 7 🥲 will do it tmrw in sha allah. i take back wtv i said abt not feeling the burn because i felt it all today. my glutes and back were on fireee. it felt super nice though. love the satisfying afterburn feeling when ur done w a good workout -day 7: lol absolutely skimmed through this workout 😭🙏🏽 im sorry my body hurts esp the upper thighs and also my arms. i will make up for it w crunches, side crunches and russian twists though to work out my abs -day 9: her downward dog is like chloe ting's up and down planks. you keep finding that one exercise in every video. it was a good burn. i skipped two exercises which needed me to do stuff w only one hand and i have weak arms. the burn was okayish good i'd say -day 10: the stretching part felt good. the workout part felt repetitive -day 11: i did smth different today. instead of following her routine of doing one leg's workout first, i kept doing both legs alternatively. earlier my arms and hips used to get tired after just one leg and i half-assed my way through the second one. i did both easily today -day 12: lol its currently 12:42 AM of day 13. i had a busy day but i decided to do it nevertheless and im glad. fave day so far. it was sm fun

Starting with this workout today. I'll be updating y'all how it goes everyday. Weight-72.55 kgs Day 1: ✅ took 2 breaks mid-workout and felt a good burn in my thighs. Excited for tomorrow's workout! Day 2: ✅ Today's workout made me realize how unfit I am 😪 but I'm still proud of myself for completing it. It took me 1 hour and 40 minutes, with numerous breaks. My wrists are sore, my legs are shaking, and I think I might have sprained my shoulders. Nevertheless, I believe it was all worth it. I'll need to be more careful from tomorrow onwards. Will come back tomorrow 🙋‍♀️ Day 3: ✅ Today's workout went by quickly. I took one small break, but it was definitely easier than yesterday's. 🥰 Day 4: ✅ I love workouts that doesn't require any pressure on the wrists. Today's workout felt really good and relatively easy. I only took one break, and that was when there were just two exercises left. Unfortunately, I couldn't complete the final exercise entirely, and I could feel my core muscles shaking. Despite that, I managed to push through. Day 5: ✅ I was feeling really tired today but still wanted to do today's workout. I started with really low intensity but was pushing myself hard at the end. I feel really proud of myself today for not stopping mid exercises. I took 3 breaks today but it'll get better ig. 🥰 Also I couldn't see any noticeable changes but I lost 2 cm from thighs so I can see some progress there but it has been just 5 days so let's see. Day 6: took a break today Day 7 (Day 6): ✅ Today's workout was light but challenging for me because I'm not very flexible. Nonetheless, I made an effort to try the stretching techniques. Day 8: couldn’t do today’s workout as I had some work to complete 😢 Day 9: skipped it again today 😭 Day 10: skipped it today also and I don’t think I’ll be able to do it for 4-5 days more. Will update here when I start again. Starting again from day 7 today Day 7: It felt comparatively fresh and was easier to do as I wasn’t tired or in pain from previous days. I still took 2 breaks. Updating about my progress, I don’t see any change in my weight but I can definitely see an hourglass shape in my body. 🥳😁🥰

Day 1 done 😊, after a difficult time things are finally looking up for me, I got hired and today was my first day❤ after my break up i felt like I'd never move on and be happy, However, slowly in getting happier and new people are coming into my life, ones that are worth keeping, in grateful 🙏

(i did this a couple days ago though, along with a 10min cardio + an 8 minute stretch) it was good !! i'll be updating under each video my progress Day 1:✅ Day 2:✅ Day 3:✅ Day 4: ✅ Rest day Day 5:✅ Day 6:✅ okay guys i took a really long break (exams, holiday) then got sick during the start of the new year... but i am back to doing it again. So just continuing on from 13.01.24 Day 7:✅ Day 8:✅(did a 30 min walk + 10 minute stretch) 23.01.24 (skipped alot of days, due to work)

To be truthful I haven't done any proper exercise in YEARSS!! my only source of exercise was walking, and playing sports like badminton etc. So from 2024 I really wanted to get into exercise and tone my body. I'v been seeing Pilates all over my socials and everyone seems to love it so I'm giving it a try. Commenting here so that I do not leave this halfway. Day 1: My whole body was SHAKINGGGG. I know this was a breezy one for most but as someone who hasn’t exercised in a long time…I was burninggg. But it felt so rewarding when I finished it. Definitely feel a little weak in the knees and I lovee it!

started it today, before I do it I thought it would be so easy to go through all of the workouts, BUT GIRL, HEAR ME. I just finished it and I can't even move my leg!!! LOVED IT!! can't wait for tomorrow's workout.

I started this challenge today. I m in a very bad form and i did it only once with some pauses. I like it because it s short but still efficient. I hope to get used to move my body every day, so my goal is consistency. I ve seen a lot of workouts on ig and youtube and sometimes i feel overwhelmed because are too many options and i feel stuck and end to not do anything. So i hope one day to be in a good form, healthy and consistent and see this comm and be proud. Good luck we got this❤️

My ass hurts so bad after this omg amazing work out in such a short time. I have always wanted to try pilates as a low intensity option and hopefully I can stay consistent with it! Today is my second day of pilates but the first day of this one month challenge!!!! So excited to come back tomorrow for day 2

first time genuinely trying to commit to a workout because i rlly love that you planned everything out for us, so here we go! i hope that my progress can encourage anyone on the fence to try it out :3 day 1: ✅ definitely felt the burn at first, yet was super relaxing afterwards! day 2: ✅ did it on ft with my best friend and we accidentally boosted it with an impromptu ab workout from laughing ourselves into hysterics 2 minutes in 😭 the burn came out SWINGING with this one, never in my life have i ever completed such a long workout.. (40 mins) but im 100% getting the best sleep of my life after this day 3:✅ i didn't expect a 20 min workout to be so hard! happy with my consistency thus far

this was the greatest workout ever - the shortest and it did so much!!! stopped working out for some months my body felt it. lost my gains got sad. if you’re going thru this start here. doing the monthly challenge DAY 1: ✅️ it was a lot harder then I expected, but I made it, definitely can feel the burn DAY 2: ✅️ DAY 3: ✅️ DAY 4: ✅️ DAY 5: 🚫 DAY 6: ✅️ okay so after 6 days I don't see much difference but I for sure FELL IT! my arms got sm stronger DAY 7: ✅️ DAY 8: ✅️ I noticed my legs getting slimmer finallyyyy!! DAY 9: ✅️ I didn't really want to do it today but I forced myself and I'm so glad I did!! DAY 10: ✅️

finished this one month program yesterday, proud to say im starting off the new year going in for seconds! before these workouts i was superrr sedentary since i had just graduated hs and was really enjoying my free time. started doing these workouts alongside some other life changes (getting a job, going to the gym in spare time, drinking more water, etc) so its hard to tell if results are solely from this workout, since there are other changes to factor in. i will say that doing this workout has definitely made me feel better about my body and given me a nice burn after each video. my body has toned up a bit, which is always nice :) after the month i notice the toning in my legs, forearms, and my stomach. of course the results will vary from person to person ☺️ i started this workout on a monday and did the videos in order mon-fri. on the weekends i would either do a recovery stretch for both days, or if i missed a day or two throughout the week, i would use the weekend as time to do the ones i missed, one on each day. so if i did vid 1 monday, vid 2 tuesday, and didnt feel like exercising wednesday, i would rest wednesday, do vid 3 thursday, vid 4 friday, vid 5 saturday, then do the recovery stretch video sunday. monday of the next week i would continue the program and just repeat this cycle until the videos were done. i found that this was a bit more doable for me since somedays i just wont have time to or feel like exercising and that is completely fine.💕 this setup also gave me a little stretch break on the weekends if i was caught up with the workouts for the week :) i did have a week break in the middle of the program because i felt super intimidated and just super tired and busy all the time, so i took that week to listen to my body and rest and picked up where i left off the next week. just wanted to share my progress and experience here before i start this program for the second time. if you read all of this, thank you and if anybody has any questions regarding my experience, please feel free to ask :) 💕

Hey, I started today! 🎉 I did some stretching first, and I’m telling you guys, this girl rocks!!!! She’s so good, the workout was super nice, and very easy to follow. I definitely feel the burn, but it feels awesome! REMEMBER to work out because you LOVE your body, not because you hate it❤️

Day 1 lets go❤😊 This was great! I loved how it was not edited and Felt so authentic. Just little things like adjusting your tablet Made me feel so connected to you. Others try to make their videos perfect with editing and timing but then for me it is too perfect and i feeli could never be like this. This was Just amazing.

Edit: I’ve decided to invest in a gallon water bottle, some ankle weights and a dumbbell for faster results. I’m also going to eat much healthier, cook from home more - but I’m still going to have my portions

Okay so I’ve been doing this workout for two weeks now! (I have not been working out at all prior to this except for running around at my job). I have worked out in the past and built muscle from then, but I haven’t been working out much within the last year. I can say confidently that out of all the workouts I’ve done, hiit regular at home workouts, dance workouts, weight lifting at the gym, etc, this is probably one of my favorite workouts! I can feel my muscles working so much and I love that I don’t feel like I’m gonna throw up or have a heart attack or something after it. I have exercised induced asthma, so cardio is pretty hard for me. This form of working out, the slow burn is SO helpful. What a game changer honestly! And I have seen what I consider to be pretty great results within the last two weeks! I hadn’t weighed myself previously but I’m generally around 185-7 lbs. My body has noticeably cut in a lot (in the mid section, my legs are much more toned, and I fit into my clothes better). It also just makes me feel so energized. I’ve literally only been doing this 10 minute workout for the last two weeks as well. I haven’t even started the actual plan because I wanted to be able to accomplish the 30 day workout and not give up because I hadn’t worked out in so long.

COMPLETE Starting today with my friend 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼 (I've never done sports in my life ) Day 1 : ☑️ I feel my thighs burned but it was okay. Day 2 ☑️ : I almost gave up several times but didn't, I'm kinda proud 🙃 Day 3 ☑️ : I have some aches from yesterday but I am alive. Day 4 ☑️ : It was the easiest so far, but I still feel like my abs have worked 🥲 if anyone wants more details on my body, I'm around 165cm, and I think around 47/50kg (no scale in my house has the same weight 💀) I'm like skinny fat, nothing is toned at all Day 5 ☑️ : I have a bit of a stomach ache, I don't know if it's aches (or that I haven't been to the toilet for days 🙂) but I did it anyway, I had a little trouble found my balance first exercise but after it was nice. my arms are numb now Day 6 ☑️ : Stretching was nice 💁🏻‍♀️ Day 7 ☑️ : I really feel it in my abs Day 8 ☑️ Day 9 ☑️ : I really didn't have the motivation but I did it. my inner thighs are on fire 🥲 Day 10 ☑️ Day 11☑️ : MY ABS ARE ON FIRE Day 12 ☑️ Day 13 ☑️ Day 14 ☑️ Day 15 ☑️ I feel like I'm much less tired than 2 weeks ago when I do the exercises. Day 16 ☑️ Day 17 ☑️ Day 18 ☑️ Day 19 ☑️ Day 20☑️ Day 21 ☑️ Day 22 ☑️ RESULTS: calves are more toned, waist more defined, thighs also seem thinner. When I started the challenge I was feeling so exhausted from the workout but now it feels good (I still got the burn obviously ) but I'm not dying and don't need more break time or anything so it's definitely helping my body outside physical appearance. I'm gonna keep doing workout from this challenge everyday 💙

In weight I lost maybe 1.7/2kg but it's difficult to say if it's thanks to the workout only (exams and period make it hard to know 🥲), however my calves are more toned, my waist more defined and my thighs also seem thinner. I started the challenge exhausted and now I'm doing much better so I conclude that my body strength has improved too

Hey! Really wanted to have some change in by body so here I am! Day 1: WOO! 🔥 tbh i kinda underestimated the workout thinking it WOULD be easy but no! this is a killer! Also im doing this on my period day 3. So yeah! Can't wait for tomorrow's workout Day 2: DONE! 🔥Couldn't do some of it because its 40 MINUTES come on!!!! 😫But this is my period day 4 so I didn't push it. I did what my body could accept. Day 3: DONE! 🔥Compared to the day before, this one was much easier and good! I was only able to do all the exercises for about 30 seconds and not more than that. I am gonna push myself even more in the upcoming videos Current weight is about 69.05kg Day 4- DONE! 🔥Had a nice burn!!!! Day 5: DONE! 🔥my arms are burning right now!!! 1 day - BREAK ⏲ Day 6: DONE!🔥My body feels totally relaxed!! 😍 2 days - Umm I'm not feeling well... I have been having cold for the past 2 days so I'm taking a rest... I will continue as soon as my body allows me to. Day 7- DONE! 🔥Since I was not well for the past 2 days, I was not able to do some of the exercises correctly. But I did my best and I know that I'll definitely improve! Current weight is about 68.35kg (its kinda fluctuating) Day 8: DONE! 🔥The time went so fast and my butt, thighs and stomach are BURNING! 4 Days - A LOT of work... But I was doing walking and dance as a part of physical exercise. Trying to be a lot more consistent! Day 9: DONE! 🔥 I did skip some exercises because it was a little difficult given than im coming from 4 day break. Still I tried my best! Day 10: DONE!!! 🔥 Day 11: DONE! 🔥 I took some breaks in between to focus on my badminton competition and also practicing dance for my event. But I was on constant physical activity. I tried to balance it so that I don't overdo Also Im a person with big boobs and has back fat. I personally feel she is concentration more on abs and booty and not our upper-half. Am I the only one? Please let me know Day 12: DONE! 🔥

I am trying this challenge and I just figured out that I will be done on my birthday! I will try to comment everyday on the video's so if you want, take this journey with me! with this workout, I had some cracking (I sometimes have cracking knees and I have one part at my groin that keeps getting kinda "stuck" but it went alr!) I dont feel anything afterwards at my inner thighs or lower abs, but I do feel it in my arms! Also during the workout my butt burned and not my thigh. Madeleine I really love all the effort you put into this monthly pilates plan so please keep going

Trying to GLOW UP during spring break/ before summer! Day 1- My legs aren't as sore as I thought they would be! ( I did this yesterday) Love how short it is and thought it went by so fast. It honestly didn't feel like 10 min it felt more like 5! Def recommend listening to music during it tho. Had to take small breaks, (Usually 5 seconds) and sometimes had to start late/ end early but I'm really glad I did this and I hope I keep it up!

hey, if you want to loose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit, read about it. Diet is even more important when it comes to losing fat

starting this 1month plan!! day 1: ☑️did it twice + some other workouts ,10k steps as well day 2: ☑️did once (died almost) ,did other workouts,8k steps day 3:☑️ did once ,other workouts,17k steps day 4:☑️did once ,10k steps (my abs hurt sm) day 5: ❌skipped cause I'm sickk day 6:❌skipped (sick) day 7: ☑️ did day 5,6,7 (still sick but better) day 8:☑️ I noticed that my body got a bit more toned since day 1!! day 9:☑️ done,day 9 was so hard idk why tbh...I had to take longer breaks . day 10:☑️done! I felt so tired after this.. day 11:☑️done!! day 12:☑️done :) day 13:☑️doneee againn day 14:☑️so excited for tomorrow day 15: ❌ sick🙁 day 16: ❌ sick day 17:❌ sick day 18:❌ sick day 19:❌ still sick day 20:❌ sickk,gonna start tomorrow day 21:☑️did day 15,16,17,18,19,20,21... I'm so dead but I didn't want to start again without doing those I missed so I did all of those 😭😭I feel so sore day 22: day 23: day 24: day 25:
