Hi Laura another enjoyable one thanks, we had rain today here but not mud like that, I hope Tony's knee is ok I have one made of titanium and ceramic, which would not allow me to do what you have done, so it's really nice to travel with you to see these things. 😀I look forward with trepidation to seeing how exciting the road section is, perhaps the wrong word exciting.

He’s ok now, it’s was the descending that caused the problem, thankfully most of the trip was climbing!

Don’t worry there’s a Dartmoor wild camp video coming up after this, my local wild swim and a van road trip to Cornwall
It was a bit like watching Journey too the centre of the earth, wow what an adventure you’ve had , and so generous of you too share your journey with us , I’m sure you’ll have beautiful memories that will last a lifetime, I genuinely believe you are one of life’s true treasures and your love of life makes the world 🌎 a better place 🙏

I have always wanted to trek in Nepal but never did it due to work, family, finances etc. Now, at three score years and ten, I accept it isn’t going to happen. But your videos have given me a great overview of what it would have been like. Many thanks for sharing your experiences.

@@lauragriffithsoutdoors that's very true, the altitude must have made if hugely difficult for you, slightly higher than dartmoor me thinks 🤔

What a person, even walking through those bad weather , muddy treks, almost no views, pains, AMS ... but always with a big smile. So optimistic personality, Usually this trek is the only one where u can see the mountains peak all around from the very 1st day, the weather didn't co operate. I am sure u ppl will be back here. It would be good if u put Nepali flag on thumbnail

We will be back for sure, we loved Nepal and what’s not to love about hiking every day, such a simple way of travelling and living

Thank you for the wonderful document of your trip. I'm supposed to go do manaslu circuit + tsum valley this october, but I have moderate fear of heights, especially narrow trails with big drops. I've seen few in your video but I'm not sure if video captures how it really is. Would you say it's doable for someone with fear of heights or should I choose different trek? Thank you.
