Challenge your upper body with this dumbbell-powered push workout! We'll sculpt our chest, triceps, and shoulders, building muscle and burning fat. Grab your dumbbells (mine are 30 and 20 pounds for reference).
The workout consists of three rounds, each with four exercises. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest. Want to keep your heart pumping? Do high knees or mountain climbers during those breaks. After each round, take a 1-minute breather before diving into the 2-minute finisher that'll push your limits. Workout Details:
⏱️ Duration: 40 minute workout
🏋️♂️ Equipment: Two sets of dumbbells and a non-slip workout mat
💪🏽 Dumbbells: For reference only, I’m using 20 & 30 lb / 9 & 14 kg dumbbells
⏱️ Intervals: 30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest between exercises // For all of you savages out there that want to keep your heart rate up during rest periods you can do high knees or mountain climbers. We'll take a 1 minute break between each round. After the three rounds have been completed then we'll move on to a 2 minute finisher that will test your will! Hang in there and give it all you got
The exercises for this upper body dumbbell push workout are below:
0:20 Round 1 - Repeat 3X
1. Hollow Chest Press
2. Half Kneeling Shoulder Press R (kneel on R knee, press with R arm)
3. DB Wide Push Up
4. Half Kneeling Shoulder Press L (kneel on L knee, press with L arm)
REST: 1 MINUTE
12:50 Round 2 - Repeat 3X
1. Tricep Press
2. 90 Lateral Raises
3. Overhead Tricep Press
4. Arnold Press
REST: 1 MINUTE
25:20 Round 3 - Repeat 3X
1. Alt Pec Raise
2. L-Sit Shoulder Press
3. Flyes
4. Diamond Push Ups
REST: 1 MINUTE
37:50 Finisher - 2 Minutes
x6 Push Press
x6 DB Push Ups
x6 Tricep Kickbacks

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzfaq.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Greetings! I really enjoyed the chest, triceps and shoulders workout I can feel the burn. I still using lighter weights I will be going up on my weights in the next week it was a great workout. I finish strong with that finisher. Thanks again Tiff and Dan for you time. Peace and love.

Brilliant - my arms are knackered and I could barely finish the last set of diamond push ups. That last bit was intense too!! I don’t think I’ll be able to move my arms today!! 😂😂

Did this today for the May 3rd first workout of the week. Really liked how it had some good traditional bodybuilding exercises. Following along with the video (my phone at the gym) keeps you on task and and the rest periods consistent and most importantly keeps you OFF the phone from texting and stalling like 1/2 the gym crowd these days. Thanks!

Another absolutely phenomenal workout. I have done many workouts over the last 20 years, from bodybuilding to p90x to hiit spin bike and running. These are by far the best workouts I’ve ever done, I’ve never felt muscle soreness like it. Dan, you’re an epic personal trainer! If you have the motivation to workout at home then these are seriously the best videos out there. But they’re definitely NOT for beginners 😂

@@Incognito12343 because the workouts are extremely tough. If you’re unfit then I wouldn’t personally attempt these to start off with, I mean I guess you could try but you’d struggle to keep up and would be better off starting off with something easier

Day 22 done, feels it's been a long time since we have done dumbell workout, This one is pretty awesome, That L sitting shoulder press was hell , that 30 sec & 1 min break was heaven🤣🤣🤣🤣, Dunno why , I feel pretty awesome when I do a dumbbell workout, Thanks mate🙏

This was a good workout I needed this I felt stronger after this workout usually when ppl make workout like this it doesn’t work all the muscles good but this workout worked every single muscle good keep it up .I’ll see u tomorrow for tomorrow’s workout
