Day-1 shoulder focused push day
Day-2 biceps focused pull day
Day-3 leg and abs
Day-4 chest focuses push
Day-5 back focused pull
Day-6 triceps focused push
Day 4 push (chest Focused)
1. Inclined dumbbell press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
2. Flat bench press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
3. Cable crossover
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
4. Pec fly
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
5. Overhead press
(4 sets of 10-15 reps)
6. Lateral raises
(4 sets of 15 reps)
7. Rope triceps Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
8. Rev grip Triceps Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
9. Single arm triceps Pushdown
(4 sets of 13-15 reps)
