Start by dedicating 5-10 minutes daily to these practices.

As you practice, visualize yourself handling stressful game situations with grace and composure. Imagine yourself remaining calm, focused, and executing your skills effectively under pressure.

Gather a few teammates to participate in a "pressure playground" activity.
Role-play challenging game scenarios, such as:
Taking free throws with the clock winding down and the score tied.
