The Via Francigena on Lake Bolsena 💧🌾
The exhausting stage with the arrival in Acquapendente didn't get us down - the next day we left for one of the most beautiful villages encountered on our way: Bolsena!
Even this stage turned out to be more challenging than expected... and there were plenty of surprises! 🤭
❓ Fun fact: we believe we are the first to document the Via Francigena in Italy walked using minimalist barefoot shoes (thin sole and wide forefoot) - to have a more deep contact with the ground 🌍
