hi, just trying to take better care of myself
fitness goals: be an asset in a zombie apocalypse.
What is the 75 hard challenge?:
1. Follow a Diet: no alcohol, and no junk food for 75 days.
2. Exercise Twice a Day: Two workouts daily, each lasting at least 45 minutes, one of which must be outdoors.
3. Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
4. Drink One Gallon of Water: Consume one gallon (128 ounces or about 3.8 liters) of water daily.
5. Take a Progress Picture: Snap a daily photo to track your physical progress.
If you miss any task, start over from day one.

I read “When Things Fall Apart” years ago years ago when things in my life fell apart. It helped a lot. Two good things for me: 1. I skated around my house for an hour and a half and it’s all coming back to me! 2. My niece in SoCal (I’m in NorCal), coincidentally also just got skates and our goal is to get together in a month and skate!

My day was free flowing...I'm proud to have gotten my steps in, I ordered a meatless lunch bc that's what my body wanted, I deeply washed and twisted my hair. 14 days strong on strength training. Today I did a bit of Qigong as well 😅 that's just the half of it. It was a very very full day.
