The kids are definitely helpful with each other, but they really need to pick up after themselves...like dishes to the kitchen, towels hung to dry in the bathroom and worn clothes in the hamper not on their bedroom floors or bed. Not only would it help you, it would teach them responsibility, it would be a good lesson for the little kids. Another good idea would be to throw like colors in separate baskets when taking to the laundry

Her patience is unmatched even with those waiting phone lines omg. I know she mentioned one of her strategies is seeing the humor in situations. Such great advice.

Why dont the kids do any chors? You take out the garbage, feed the chickens, make their beds, put their cloths away, clean their rooms etc.

My son was the same way every morning it was horrible I talked with his teacher she came up with a great way to help, she bought his favorite thing a lizard and had him be the keeper he was so excited every morning to go feed and help with his cage. So maybe his teacher can help you.

You know what I love about your day to day life videos? They show how similar we all are. I live in the South and notice the boys do the same routine for football, the nurses all have a similar tone, and I love the fact that the Walgreens sound is the same. I have never visited the North so I find these little things amazing.

Ever since I started watching your channel I fell in love with James. All your children are really wonderful. Your dogs are BEAUTIFUL.

You can clearly see the doorknob has a hole in the center where you can unlock it from the outside. There’s no danger to having these knobs and they allow for privacy, especially in a household of 14. Not sure why so many commenters are hung up on that!

Our youngest is 5. Big brothers and sister can always convince her to do what she needs to do. Mom and dad know nothing 😂😂

I love your videos so much, especially the grocery hauls. You have such a sweet loving family. We used to keep a container of baby wipes by our back door and our little Rat Terrier would stop at the door and patiently let us wipe her tiny paws. She was a little OCD and didn't like dirty feet anyway. We also had a Tidy Paws corduroy puppy glove that was great. I realize with 2 pretty big dogs the wipes would be gone in a day or 2 but on Amazon they have the 'Spotless Glove' that might work great for you guys. You put your hand in the glove and clean mud, dirt, water, etc. quickly and easily off your pups paws. I just thought I'd put it out there for you and any of your viewers with puppers. We have all spent a lot of time cleaning floors and furniture from our precious pets little hooves and this might make your life a little easier. Cheers.

Could you elaborate on how you teach the kids life skills (like if they make a mess, help out cleaning, or learn how to fold clothes; organization skills in general?) - I can still remember my Mom saying: "remember, leave the bathroom ready for the next person 🥰" - it stayed with me all these years!

I have two German Shepherds and feel you with all the mud. The best thing I bought was an O-Cedar spin mop from Walmart. Nothing fancy but it's the best! I bought extra mop tops and toss them in the wash after I mop these dirty muddy floors. I always have a clean one on hand.

I am so confused. My sisters and I did the bed changing and housework. My mom did the laundry but we folded and ironed and put it away. We helped with the cooking and cleaned the kitchen after dinner. Our rooms were expected to be neat and tidy. My brother did the outside chores. Why are these kids not doing this stuff?

This is convenient because you can see how many refills are left, schedule a refill to be filled up to a month in advance and request the pharmacist to call the md for additional refills.
