Lol, this must be a coincidence. So the building you're currently at use to be owned by Manulife and I'm pretty sure where you're currently working is the desk I use to work at back in 2019 for my internship LOL. This is crazy.

Yes this true..this same one was the Manulife Office at 25 Water Street/500 kings at Kitchener...I used to work there in 2019-2020..not sure when google took over that place as it was Manulife owned building that time..

Good for you man. I work far far longer hours & in a stressful job, travel in shit conditions, live at a crap place to save money, and still get paid perhaps a third of you. Banker in mumbai here. Guess what I am from a top B school & supposedly has one of the best jobs out of campus. This is sad reality. Good to know there are places out there where people actually live like humans

Great video! but I have a little bit weird question. Since you mentioned your office is pretty close to your home, While you are working from home, is it possible to go to the office only when you want break first or lunch and get back home? 🤣

haha, waterloo, Kitchener and cambridge are all considered cities in the region of waterloo, so that's probably what they mean. It could also be because the city of waterloo is just really close by and is more well known

Heyy hi man umm actually I’m also travelling to canada in the winter 2023 for my ai and data analysis certificate from Saskatchewan polytechnic. I wanted to ask you like would i be able to land a tech job after my course? Is it possible to land a job at Saskatchewan and is the it sector really flourishing in canada? Please do reply mate as I’m pretty nervous about the job offers i would be getting after the 1 year program and also I’m a btech IT student from india from a tier 3 college but have relevant skill set!

bro i am 17 going to be a freshmen at college i am interested in software field but confused which language or role to learn so what would you suggest for the future?

Def depends on what you want to do. If you are looking to just learn a language learn C because it is very bare-bones and it will teach you things like memory management without garbage collection & declaring your own types unlike most other languages. If you are Looking to do web related front-end programming learn HTML / CSS alongside with JavaScript / Typescript (Typescript is basically JavaScript but with Types and generics and it takes more time to write but it will save you a lot of time debugging in my experience) For back end development there are a lot of languages with back end capability like: Rust Go JavaScript Python C# etc, but I recommend either JavaScript, Python (with Django) or Go. For Ai / Machine Learning: Mostly Python at first because There is a lot of math that is involved with ML (Linear Algebra, Calculus, Probability and Statistics etc.) For Operating system development: C and or Rust (I don't recommend Rust for beginners because of its insane syntax tho. For Game Dev: C# or C++.
