Pro tip for the tortillas: Don’t use oil in the pan Just heat it to medium and then wet the tortillas and then put them in the pan! Perfect every time 😋 and less messy on ur fingers bc no oil!

When I fake tan my hands I wash it off after two hours and in the morning it looks sooo good and natural! Your hands do not need to process as long as your body does

For your tanning lotion on your hands, I ALWAYS lotion my hands before I apply self tanner and I never deal with super dark or orangey hands!

I am a paper and pen kinda gal as well especially for shopping lists:) Really enjoy your food hauls. They give me great ideas for meals. I also recently discovered cactus water and include it with my food hauls. Was wondering what your thoughts are on those types of waters as your advice as a trainer is appreciated:)

have you ever tried lifetime fitness gym? its so so nice and definitely feels more comfortable to film as theres waaay more space to have a section for it. theres locations everywhere! its been my favorite gym ever.

Girl, you need to get a wood cutting board. 😱 You will never have a sharp knife in your kitchen if you cut on a surface that’s harder than your knife. If you’re knife can’t damage the surface, the surface will damage your knife. 😉
