I love that devotional also!!! It’s sooo good. I I recommend that everyone buys it also. I’ve been using this time to get closer with God also. The minute I wake up I read the devotional for the day to get me started.

I love that you started out the video with your devotional! Bc that means I also started out my day with your devotional (this is the 1st thing I’m watching today) I dooo be needing to hold myself more accountable with keeping up with my devotional time as well. From day one when I found out you were Christian I had hoped you would start talking about your faith more openly on your channel, I find that for myself it reminds me to dig deeper into my own and motivated me to make a habit out of prayer, devotions, and reading my Bible. So glad you’re now starting to do that!

Keaton! Thanks so much for going through your devotional with us! Recently I’ve been reading a little devotional called “God will use this for good” by Max Lucado. It’s just a short devotional every day and so much easier than cracking open the Bible because I usually don’t know where to start! I’ve been doing my devotionals right after I finish yoga because I’m more calm and focused :) I’ve been trying hard to make it a part of my daily routine. Love you girl!

She said she bought it on iBooks on her phone, and it's called New Morning Mercies. Another one that i LOVE is on the app called "She Reads Truth" and they have so many good plans. Some are free, and some are $1.99, but it's SO worth it.

how long are your college essays normally? It always doesn't seem to take you long or you only start the day its due. My college essays are always about 5,000 words and take several days.

Sorry if this is a rude question but what is a devotional and what is the purpose of it, is it similar to a bible? I was raised non religious so I dont really know the different books/prayers.

Myn a devotional is spiritual reading for each day. It’s not a bible but it’s is connected to the Bible. As a Christian it helps me grow and learn as a Christian. At the end of each devotional there is a further study that is in the Bible so it can help you understand more of God and the Bible. It’s useful if you recently gave your life to Christ or if you need a refresher.
