It’s probably morning time - by the looks of it. I would argue that feeling tired or groggy early in the morning is pretty normal for most people 😂

@@ynglizaa5564 like in any other job depends on your attitude. I worked as ma in a private ortho office and was stressed out as hell because I tend to "help" other teammembers and after some time that "help" becomes your responsibility. but in general in any busy medical setup things might get hot (just due human nature) then every team member will feel the heat, MA just have less responsibilities on the paper, while emotional stress everyone share more less equally. Imagine you, provider and a patient in a room; the patient is screaming and blaming the earth for the fact that they had to wait and that they are not happy. will you be stressful if someone yelling in front of you? even if not directly at you ,yes you will still feel the tension. so any med specialty that implies contact with patients can get stressful. phone calls no exception.
