Amazing! I have a few questions. Why so many dishes? This looked like 2 or 3 FULL course meals!! Were they eating it all at once, or throughout the day? Was it for a party? If they were eating all of this at one time, how did you handle your hot holding while other dishes were waiting to be completed? Also- amazing! I can't believe you managed to complete (13?!?) dishes on your own. That takes some serious skill, time management, detail, patience, and a huge amount of multitasking!

How does it work?! The family is telling what they want to eat and you buy everything ?! Do they buy it?! Do you use their hardware ?! You bring yours ?!

They call me day before. They make menu. I go shopping I stay under a limit. I use all there stuff. I just bring a knife. And some tools.
