After all these years following you, I still enjoy the outdoor market runs 🤗 🐔, 🐐🌶 🍅. Tani is such a big girl now. Her eating lollipop and ice cream at the same time reminds me of the enjoyment of childhood. Tito looked so handsome in his native wear. He is a King indeed. @sisiyemmie please I would like to ask how to keep your meals fresh without getting spoiled. I heard rice can't last longer in the freezer, there was a time I kept my fried fish inside the freezer days after it wasn't tasting fresh, ever since then I stopped frying fish to keep even meat. Also my fruits. Please note that I only have a freezer. I will appreciate it if you can help out with the solution

That's a lot of cooking sisiyemmie. More 💪..I don't bulk cook,but I prep ingredients,..boil the pepper mix,cook / fry the protein and that's all(I don't want NEPA to spoil and waste money with epileptic power supply...
