I do not recommend relying on indicators when day trading. But for day trading beginners who are getting started and new to the stock market, here are some indicator pairs I personally found useful when finding entries and exits in day trading.
1. MACD and RSI indicator pair
MACD is a trend indicator, while RSI tells you the strength or weakness of a stock. MACD tends to be a lagging indicator, while RSI is early.
So when put together, RSI signals potential reversal coming soon, but MACD allows you to stay in the trade until reversal has confirmed. And indicates entries for you to add.
2. VWAP and 9 Exponential moving average pair
VWAP stands for volume weighted average price, it signals the short term sentiment of a stock whether it's bullish or bearish. When putting VWAP and 9 EMA together, this pair signals a strong breakout in both penny stocks and large caps. 9 EMA acts as potential entry once that breakout as occured.

When you want to make an extra video perhaps you could demonstrate the monitor setup you have and the screens you monitor to stay on top of your positions. I went through 15-16 indicators on my own to see which one I am comfortable with. Glad to see I selected the RSI, MACD and just to help myself as I started 3-4 days ago I added volume indicator as well. I am comfortable with small money for next 2-3 months as long as I don't make impatient bad decisions.

Love the energy and confidence you exude and the info is great. I am brand new to the trading space with a natural bias towards OBV. I noticed in your MACD and RSI examples, the OBV volume indicators were saying the right things. I do think MACD, RSI and OBV complement each other quite nicely, but I'm glad you pointed out that MACD is somewhat slow, while RSI is more immediate. You certainly have a new fan!

You're also focusing on entry more than exit. At 2:58 you show entry, but not the late exit. This can be improved with a fast renko chart on the daily time frame :) Spread the word!

I literally just use the 50, 100, 150 & 200 ema's and then look for a prominent candlestick pattern on them. The less indicators I use, the easier my trading is.

i believe i've heard in your past videos that you only use VWAP on 5 min charts--would that apply for this video example as well? Should the 20EMA and VWAP only be used on lower time frames as 1, 2, 5 min? Are there any time frames where the indicators you have described are not valid? (e.g. hourly, daily..) @@garrettsur1055 just draw on your charts. Find the outer trend and inner trend. Get that area of confluence and wait for breakouts and retests. For sl and tp just use the most recent support and resistance.
