Heres my crackpot theory of the day: The entire KH1-3 we played has taken place in the data world

If the kingdom key was behind the door in the secret place on destiny island like its counterpart, as shown in a fragmentary passage with Aqua and Mickey, then technically, it was never Rikus's keyblade. At the very least, Sora was ultimately chosen by the kingdom key.

Omigosh, you're back! Really like the small edits and changes to you vid, btw! One tiny question about your theory though. While the idea of Quadratum being populated by the fallen Dandelions makes a lot of sense, one has to ask.... are the humans we saw in the kh4 trailer them? All of those adults, I mean. I know we only have ONE trailer to work off of and such, but given that (supposedly) Strelitzia is the first one to have arrived BEFORE the Keyblade War, and the Dandelions arrived AFTER the war, shouldn't they all have aged at roughly the same time? Our girl, Strelitzia barely looks a day older than her Ux version while everyone else are young adults (assuming any of them are Keyblade wielders to begin with). Obviously, this could all change in a single follow-up trailer (this month is KH's 21st anniversary, so anything could happen), but the idea of Quadratum being made up of numerous fallen Dandelions and their descendants tickles my brain. Especially when you add Yozora and his Keyblade wielding ability to the mix. Who knows; maybe there's an underground entourage of wielders that hasn't been shown yet that keeps in touch with Yozora and eventually recruits Sora to help them with their cause. A sort of "reverse Org. XIII" situation where both Sora and Strelitzia are recruited but for a good cause, like returning to their original reality. (A 120% crackpot theory, btw. Take it with all the salt in the world.) Once again, nice video; hope to see more from you soon. Especially that Subject X video.... 👀

I always said that Unreality was a creation of the MoM since is a "Fictional" world, like a book, so Unreality is a world projected by the BoP, and what Luxbar meant by "Ava had her own mission, and she carried it out" is that, after their clash and just before the true start of the Keyblade War Luxu told Ava to get the Dandelions to Unreality, so I'm on board with you

I'm currently going through the ReMind DLC. First three bosses were hard, but fun. Still, this DLC is showing a bit of promise and I hope Nomura learned from his mistakes concerning Kingdom Hearts III. And even still, I can't wait to play Kingdom Hearts IV.

I thought the data wielders and the Dandelions became the Dream Eaters. Or was it just the Dandelions? Love the vid, lots of interesting ideas.

Makes sense given Yozora is a video game character in the Toy Story world…and “Verum Rex” translates to “True King”, so that could imply the master of masters is in there.

Here's what I think that happened and is going to happen: Back when the world was still one, there was an organization dedicated to protect the people from the darkness they had inadvertently created when trying to seize Kingdom Hearts. The leader of it decided to put a permanent end to the darkness through an unforgivable amount of manipulation and sacrifice, since that way he could revive the sacrifices later on without the darkness returning. His main apprentice was tasked with overseeing how his plan would play out through out the generations (because both knew something like this could take millenia to be completed) by removing his heart and placing it in a new human vessel through out the next generations. It seems however the latest candidate for the vessel, Xehanort, had a different perspective on the darkness and the power and knowledge it brought, believing the world should be remade for both it and light to be balanced, without any prejudice incorporated in the new world, since from the new planet's perspective, darkness was never anything external. His plan somewhat backfired though. When darkness took over a world or a person,it left pieces of its trophies behind. The people's pieces, filled with some form of conscience, tried to get themselves and their world's back together by tapping into the very structure of reality, creating only empty copies called Nobodies. When Xehanort unlocked Kingdom Hearts all those times and destroyed all of those worlds, it seems the copies banded together and formed a world similar to our own (The World that Never was). But during the final battle, when Kingdom Hearts was compromised to its last, many of the hearts there sought a new refuge. That refuge ended up being the anomaly in reality called The World that Never was, which was turned into what we know as Earth, a world that held neither nor darkness, or at least not in the form of magic, instead having them be mere ideas with no means to manifest. The point was, here the hearts would be safe from the conflict between elements. The Master of Masters (the organization's leader) and his apprentice already calculated something like this might happen. In fact, they were somewhat hopeful this would be the result. The Master already had the means to reincarnate in the present without having to wait millenia to see his plan come to fruition, since he learned the art of reality manipulation through time travel. And now that he's back, he plans to use this new world. Probably a cage to trap the darkness and then destroy everyone and everything in this world forever.

i wish there was more love for the ff13/fabula crystal novalis (sp) stuff like type-0. they're like, really underrated entries in the ff lineup..

It's krazii how they got back to the real world from the data world to get the player from the keyblade graveyard when the pods were their only way of leaving the data world.

It is a small nitpick but I like the idea of the Player of UX being the only person to see the end of the Keyblade War, thus making him the victor even if it is the LAST thing they asked for.

I just had a crazy idea. Keyblade wielders go to Quadratum when they "die" and they're being hunted by Yozora and others like them so they can truly die. They say they're saving them, but they're hunting them down. Might be very inaccurate but that's a thought I had while watching. Yozora could be the embodiment of death

I have a soft spot for ff13. Breaks my heart to see people hating it with a passion. But I get where you come from. There are games I hate with a passion as well.

I feel as though you're ignoring/forgetting that entire ending scene in Union Cross where we saw those other Keyblade Wielders and their Chirithies becoming Dream Eaters as well as the Player Character basically reincarnating into another person.

Didn't the Dandelions became Dream Eaters, after their Charithys fused with their hearts? Or the Dream Eaters are actually the hearts of the wielders? Anyway great video! 👍

Alot of people are saying that Luxu took over Brains body. That would make sense seeing how we seen Brain with no name and the box... but i think Luxu did Brain the same way The master of masters did him.

I hope KH4 answers some questions concerning the MoM and his plans during the time of Union Cross. I think Subject X, True Dandelion, and the True Darknesses definitely need to be touched upon. I don’t want the whole game to be a journey through Quadratum with no party members (sort of like other Square games such as more recent FF games). If we could get a “7 Day Prologue” with Yozora explaining his “search for Sora,” then move over to controlling Sora I could be okay with that and not having any party members that way we could understand Yozora’s side somewhat as they go head to head. I hope from there Sora makes it back to the real world and by the end of the game, we establish a link of somewhat with Quadratum. I’m also attempting to understand who the final bosses of each game in this arc could be: I expect at least six games (as usually 6 entries constitutes a full saga). I expect the MoM as the final boss of KH6, but who could possibly fill in the spot for 4 and 5? I’m sorta leaning towards the remaining True Darknesses that don’t reside in the Foretellers gaining a heart and form, that way Sora and co. can unwittingly get the Master’s ultimate plan started. Then for 5, we could start battling the Foretellers with maybe Luxu serving as the final boss of that game. Again, just as long as the three topics I mentioned at the beginning of this post are touched upon in 4, I will be very happy with the game indeed.

I hope you do talk about XIII. I personally liked it along with Lightning Returns. Sure bad decisions were made in the Gameplay but the story is still great.

Maybe it was explained somewhere but why destruction of a "reall" Daybreak town was full of glitches? I mean, my first thought was that it is still a data world and Ephemer and Skuld got stuck. There are not supposed to be glitches in real Daybreak town and I don’t understand why they are there

When you said it it felt like a dagger through my chest… our character’s demise… I can’t cope with it… I don’t want them to be dead… even reincarnated in ML if the theories are correct… it just isn’t fair their life had to be cut short… I didn’t sign up for this when I got into khux… I wanted to make a cute character to have adventures with Disney characters… I feel betrayed that they gave them that ending…

The idea of quadratum being MOM's new data daybreak is incredibly interesting. The problem I see is do all the people in quadratum remember they were keyblade wielders? Because it seems like Strelitzia does based upon the kh4 trailer. If they do remember why wouldn't they be in a constant of restlessness trying to get out back to the real world. Also to me if your theory is true MOM is unquestionably based, he's basically a utilitarian but without any real negative consequences because light will win and restore the dead their hearts. There has gotta be more wrinkles to the story. Edit: Lol I just watched your previous video and you answered my Strelitzia question. That union cross cutscene basically confirms your theory imho. MOM is using fake Strelitzia to manipulate Sora. If you made this theory for any other game it would sound insane but for KH it's perfectly convoluted enough.

So would there be Data Foretellers, Data Luxu, and Data Master of Masters as well.

im gonna have to disagree purely based on the player charicter from union cross. even when in the data world in a place locked away with their key blade their heart was able to leave back to the real world and become xeanort or join the dreameaters. Something your vidio has drawn my attention to is luxord, someone who seems to know more then he lets on seems genuinly supprised by being told he has part of the anchent keyblade legacy within him. if he is supprised that xemnes knows or did not know himself is up to interpretation but it does lead into what i want to ask next. If the keyblade weilders of the past's hearts were saved by their chirithys and became dream eaters then that explaines where their hearts are and by extention their heartlessess, but as you might clue into now that does not explain their nobodys being absent. im not suggesting the resedents of quadratum are nobodys but some of them that sora might meet might be some. A question we might need to ask before the next game is if xeanort is capable of what he did in toybox then what would the MOM be capable of?

What if sora didn’t die but got transported to the data side of worlds. That’s why he sees a full body strelitzia and Riku sees nothing but a heart. Because how else could both versions be available .

Lol the KHUX stuff is just so... Blah to me. I consider myself a diehard fan of the series, having played every game. But after trying my hand at the mobile game and failing to get invested in the lore outside of the Back Cover remaster no matter how hard I try, I guess I'm not as hardcore as I let myself believe 😅
