Lily, I have to say how impressed I am with you! You started your business not that long ago, and you are not sitting back and going with the flow! So many projects on the go, and it’s wonderful to see someone so motivated and taking charge of their future. Thank you Lily....so excited for your business project...my goodness we seem to live parallel lives ...I'm at the stage where after a year if waiting I may actually be able to sell my breads openly to the public ..at the moment we are selling it to our organic farm customers,but here in Italy the legal side of things is like walking through treacle ...luckily we have our own premises here on the homestead..but we are doing building work to align with regulations...all very taxing .. I wish you all the very very best for your vision...and have all the confidence that you will achieve it as you are steadfast and determined and a natural born baker .. ❤
