I would really rethink Hawaii right now, while you may not be going to Maui or the big island specifically they’re all hurting from the devastation and a lot of locals are asking people not to come right now 🤍

Based on what you said you’re looking for in a vacation I’d highly highly recommend doing a whole tour of Italy. The food is next level and it’s true that you can eat much more there than here and still feel great!! Europe is a great place to visit as a first big trip out of the country because there isn’t a huge language barrier. Wouldn’t recommend parts of Hawaii (Maui) right now due to the devastating fires and evacuations. May want to hold off on it😢

I would do Italy, hands-down. The food is amazing and taste so much better than the USA. Non-processed, natural delicious food. I would recommend going to Florence, Rome, Cinque Terre, and Siena. Beautiful cities, that I know you guys will absolutely love.

Hey there! Long time (silent) follower but I've lived overseas for about half my life and wanted to chime in on the recommendations! I think you and Jay would LOVE a Club Med in Bali, Indonesia or Phuket, Thailand. I've stayed at both with my family and we loved it. It's the perfect combination of relaxation and activity, adventure and chilling, and is a great way to ease into traveling overseas for the first time. They have pool and beach access, great food, and they have great (safe) excursions into the cities to explore the culture a bit more as well. Highly recommend for y'all!! ❤

Italy 100% !!! You can fast train from a city to another one and walk in the cities ❤ food is amazing and even if I am gluten intolerant, over there everything was fine !😊

Definitely go to Japan🤩 my sister is in the navy and has been based there the last 4 years and absolutely loves it! She also has to go to Hawaii as well for her next 3 years! But Japan is just incredible from the stories I’ve heard and she’s been all over the world and still can’t stop talking about it!

Seeing this video way after you posted it but go to Italy!!!! It’s my favorite place ever. Specifically Florence but Italy is so easy to hop around city to city and Florence is super walkable, TONS to restaurants, art, museums, etc and I know you don’t drink but the wine is amazing, which I’m sure Jay would love, and it’s so close to so many beautiful vineyards in Tuscany

I’ve been to London and Italy and loved it!!! The best food!! I lived in London for 6 weeks and it’s my fave place ever, trying to move back for longer soon!

definitely go to hawaii at some point! but right now it's not the right time due to the fires and crisis the state is in. if you have an island itch i'd go to the carribbean! There's amazing snorkling when I went a few years ago!

preaching about our food system!! i love buying local but wow it can be expensive! Hawaii is amazing but i would wait due to the fires, anywhere in Europe is so fun and tons to do with looooots of great food! Italy prob had the best food but so many great places you can go to and everything is a train or short plane ride away!!

I've heard amazing things about Positano in Italy!!! And I feel like u would thrive in greece! I haven't been out of the country much but I grew up in Newport Beach CA & it is still my favorite place to go back & visit (I have allll the recs if you ever need them) and I love Alys Beach / Seaside in florida if you guys ever want a close trip!

Japan is definitely worth the visit! I highly recommend Okinawa if you want a more laid-back beachy experience. Plus there’s hardly any American tourists there and they treat you like royalty

I lived in hawaii for almost 4 years (oahu) and for actual travel i would recommend the big island of maui but I would wait to travel because of the fires and devastation.. But for future!

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!! Truly so peaceful and on the other side of Mexico (less travelled to) super walkable, best food and views on the beach and honestly somewhere me dad wants to retire to because it’s idyllic💜

I’ve heard the same about our food. And people say the food in Europe is so much better with nutrition and taste. My friends have said they eat so much over there and don’t get as bloated or feel heavy bc their food has way less preservatives and chemicals. I’ve always wanted to try overseas food to test that for myself. Let us know what you find out!!

Definitely do Europe first!!! Esp since Jay hasn’t been out of the country! Hawaii is a mess rn w the fires :( so I would hold off on that for now. My grandparents have travel the world for the last like 20 yrs their favorite places have been Singapore, Italy & Dubai

I think you guys would love Italy, specifically Sorrento and Positano! I didn’t love Florence when I went… seemed a little sketchy in some areas and didn’t smell great 😂

Japan is amazing, great food, and is such a fun experience culturally. Also agree re comments on Italy, it’s breathtaking and the food is such good quality. I have a friend that can eat the gluten there too. Also Australia is gorgeous, but that’s where I’m from so I’m bias 😂

I had the B12 thing happen like your mom, my doctor told me to take it for anxiety and I took it for a month went in feeling way worse and I was so high in B12 on labs it was beyond what the number would go too 😟

Literally ANYWHERE outside of the US will have 300% better quality food! Explore Europe, South America (Peru has some of the best cuisine in the world, hike Machu Picchu!). I lived in Hawaii for 3 years and loved it so much but please please dont go anytime soon, the islands (not only Maui) are struggling so much, tourist are taking resources, hotels, flights, etc - wait a couple of months if not until next year to visit! That said, I did do the Oahu to Tokyo, Japan trip while living there and Japan is one of my favorite countries! Tokyo and Kioto were out of this world!

If you're looking for walkable + great food, I have to recommend Europe!!!! I recently went to Barcelona, Spain. We walked easily 20K+ steps every day, we walked absolutely everywhere, we didn't even take the metro to most tourist spots, we just walked. The food was cheaper there compared to my experience in Paris. 10/10, definitely go to Europe. It's easy to travel to multiple countries too, if you use the trains or smaller European airlines it's reasonably priced.

the lashes! i heard that blue eyes have no pigment so don’t worry about them changing color. i saw try a serum, revital lash is great and prob is the most trusted brand but do your own research! some people have a lot of issues and some have none yk?

Portugal was so awesome! Porto and Lisbon were both so walkable. We took a train from Porto to the Duoro Valley for a full day and spent the night and then took the early train back. The valley is a well known wine region. And we rented a car and drove from Porto to Lagos which was amazing and then drove back up to Lisbon and got rid of the car right when we got there and then just walked everywhere. It was amazing! Highly recommend!

Italy! I did Italy and Switzerland at the beginning of the year and it was amazing. Skied the Swiss alps and went to Barry’s Milan. The original Prada store and Rome as well. None of the food made me feel bloated or gross. We did a ton of walking of course which is good for digestion.
