Hey girl the pain your describing is EXACTLY what I felt. I work at an office job and I’m right handed so my right shoulder , right scapula, right forearm and wrist. and right pec would hurt to the point where I wound get headaches and my neck was in PAIN. After doing my own research, I was able to relieve the pain by releasing tension on my peck minor with a massage gun and a small ball to get rid of knots and loosen up the myofacia! I would also do some mobility on my thoracic spine. After loosening it up, I would stretch it , and then strengthen my back. Hoping you see this because this saved me from so much pain!! Hope you feel better, love the vlogs

My parents & my boyfriend & little brother were there since 3:30 waiting to go in ! We were right in front by the gate that Friday !! It was so HUMID !! & best part it was it was little bros first concert and Luke combs gave him his hat ❤

Omggggg I can totally relate to not wanting to wash my own hair, I love getting blowouts!! 💗💗 saves so much time and I think lasts longer than when I do hair myself

I worked for a Physical Therapist, but we also had a Medical Massage Therapist on staff and she would do deep tissue massages after PT…you may already be seeing a massage therapist, but you probably won’t get any relief until the knot is released…a knot behind the shoulder blade is very hard to get to on your own, so you definitely need to see a massage therapist to release it or it will continue to pain you and could get worse…hopefully you get some relief soon!!

Sydney!! Try this recipe I’m sure it would be very close to the heavenly hunks. It’s my go to and it’s delicious 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 1/4 cup of honey 3 cups blended oats or oat flour (can use whole oats as well) 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt Chocolate chips + whatever other mix ins you’d like Bake at 375 for 12-15 min! Hope you enjoy!!

I have always had an extremely tight right shoulder and I’m much older than you, so it’s been a long time, but….a couple of months ago I consistently stretched and used a lacrosse ball to get the knot out - were taking every night. It took about three weeks, but I felt the knot release and it felt so good. The hard part - you have to keep up the stretching and lacrosse ball otherwise the tightness comes back in just a couple of days.

Have you tried a knobby foam roller yet? It will works so well to break up knotted up muscle and facia . Someone also recommended the la crosse ball which also works well!

Massage therapist here! If you’re able, I would definitely recommend seeing a chiropractor & a good massage therapist in your area. Consistency with those two will help you immensely with your back, I promise!

If you don’t have the dry bar membership it’s totally worth it!! The one I have is $90 a month and you get 2 blowouts and then also only have to pay $10 for extensions instead of $20

I would try a chiropractor if you haven’t already for the neck and back pain! I know you said it’s more muscle related but that could definitely help it
