This week was better than last week for sure, I felt more productive and motivated and was able to get 1 appointment with a FSBO 🎉 Also, with 2021 around the corner I did a lot of business planning and preparation.

Have been thinking about expanding my investments into Florida or Texas in the coming years. Hi I’m 13 years old but I wanna invest my money 1000 a month from my parents allowance into the stock market and when I go to college I’ll cash it out, although what I want as my main job is a Real Estate Assistant, what would you do in the job, I know I don’t need a Real Estate License but I’m gonna apply for one when I’m 18 to open up some more opportunities, I’m learning about both careers so I can have some knowledge, I just wanna know what do you do as Real Estate Assistant normally, cause I don’t really know anything about what the assistants do.
