U/S 80EEB is only applicable when the loan is taken to buy an electric vehicles and the loan must be taken before 31st March 2023 only. Now whoever want to utilize this section will not be usable. People who are paying pre EMI towards their home loan also doesn't calculate in tax exemption portion.
