CHAOS SHUFFLE NEEDS TO BE A PERMANENT MODE

Something I really like about this mode is it forces you to think about perks you dont normally need to worry about. If someones scratch marks go missing you have to ask yourself "Is it Shadow Step or is it Poised?" Or if you seemingly randomly scream you have to think "Is it Ultimate Weapon or is it Thwack?" It really tests your DbD knowledge in a way that you normally dont have to with the way the meta in this game works

23:03 Double iri blight with Pain Res on one of the smallest maps in the game is too weak to beat survivors by chasing them. Obviously his only way to win was to resort to basement camping.

The blight game. The man behind that killer was a pure exemple of skill issues but not only in the gameplay but also about being humble when you get totally destroyed by a Solo Q team on one of the easiest map for Blight

As some with basically 0 DLC it's been a total BLAST to play with all these perks i'll not get the chance to use again anytime soon!

for some reason while playing this mode, without fail, me and my friends would always get at least one corrective action per game

I play using the dbd randomizer website in the main mode already and it really does add so much more enjoyment value to this game, but I understand why many feel uncomfortable doing the same. So it's been brilliant having this opportunity for people to experience this mode (even if it is just perks) and see so many enjoying it. This needs to stay, absolutely.

I like the modifier, just find it funny how half the players treat it as a casual que and the other half play like it’s a comp tournament.

That skull merchant chase was insane, also what’s insane is that the average player is supposed to know to do exactly that when in chase with a merchant!!

The Wesker game they actually gave you a decent build. Alert is such a wildly underrated perk.

I love random mode on any game, cause most times I prefer the best or the easiest way to play a game, and random mode will always refresh my gaming experience

Absolutely love the Chaos Shuffle. It also really helps with learning about new (to me) perks

I loved chaos shuffle. Felt nice having other perks vs the same few perks in every match. I also got a match with no perks and I was like ooo just like the old days when I first started playing. I hope they make it permanent. Probably the most fun mode they've had at least to me.

My first game not on shuffle was two ftp+buckle ups and two background players. I am so glad they extended this mode

I gotta love that a Skull Merchant has to camp their three gen and tunnel even in the fun mode. Man we need to get BHVR to patch out the violent electric shocks they get from the device they use to control her when they try to do something interesting.

It’s good for me, 3-4 days ago I came back after 2 years without playing and they’ve done added and changed so many perks so it’s kinda helping me relearn the perks

Tbh, I just enjoy it a lot because I am tired of meta from both killers and survivors, I also love it because its fun to not always rely on the same 2-3 perks on both sides. It also lets you see what some underated perks are capable of!! Its just the best, I'd rarely even play the normal mode if this were to be permanent. I wish addons and items were also randomized though!

in this game mode once i got no mither , self care , Strenght in the shadows and Boon:visionary

I love this mode! My partner got No Mither, Dark Theory, Overcome, and Pharmacy for a match. They were obsession too. I had Clairvoyance, Blood Pact, Smash Hit, and Empathy. It was a hilarious game. I avoid totems unless there's an active hex, so I never got value from Clairvoyance. My partner got hatch, though.

Something interesting they could do for chaos shuffle is randomize your character and/or items and addons Id go even further with randomized killer as well with random add ons A step further would be randomize if you play killer or survivor. Mmr for this would be separate to make it even?

So as you know Keys let you phase through killers coming through windows to trick them but the crows for the crow lady do as well no item needed its great!

Chaos shuffle should be a toggle in perk picking that gives you extra bloodpoints if you turn it on.

I wish and hope they’ll bring it back as a normal game mode but I do have one suggestion and that’s to give us a little pop up that tells what each perk does especially for someone like me who has a somewhat good knowledge about the game but doesn’t know everything so at least it can kinda give you an idea of what you can do.

I usually run random-unique builds anyways BUT I'm really enjoying to run with/against other people with random perks!

I love this mode . Even thou most games im getting perks that give no value . Its still fun playing essentially perkless

I had a double iri Blight on Dead Dawg too, we got 3 nearly 4 gens done but he slugged us all, bled us out, bm'd us, then hooked us. On chaos shuffle too. Great game! (finally pushed me to delete it)

Lol, the demo saw your shadow! Im pretty sure. If you go back and watch after he doened them, you were hiding behind the wall and your shadow clear for him.

Great mode, it is refreshing. I do find a lot of survivor perks are incredibly niche and don’t get value out of them, sadly, which imo says a lot about the state of perks as a whole. But still nice to see them and try to utilise what I can.

Btw while i was playing this i was on one of the crotus prenn maps and found a spot where demogorgan can get on top of a pallet and wall with shred (idk how to describe it but he jumped off a hill anf i hit a pallet stun while he was midair so he landed on the pallet but i think you can lanf on it anyway)

I’ve spoken about this mode soooo often to my friends before DBD brought it out, so glad they actually added it. 😂 Same thing happened when I mentioned to my friends that Chucky should be added… and then 2 months later, he was added. 😂

i'm thoroughly enjoying this game mode, the only thing i don't like is the number of games i have where i just have dead perks, at least as a survivor. I just played 6 games in a row where 2 or more of my perks were completely impossible to get value out of, typically due to either requiring blinding the killer (without having a flashlight), being so niche their circumstances never came up (counterforce, friendly competition, mettle of man) or being actively detrimental (scene partner when the killer had basically permanent blindness). Also shout out to the match that made me stop playing for today, where I got no mither + plot twist, making me permanently injured while also completely killing any possible value of another perk. i would love for the ability to see what perks you're *going* to get so you can at least like, swap items to get some use out of them, or let the randos playing with know that you rolled deliverance or something.

Weird tip if you play this game mode bring a flashlight because that is the only item that needs a flashlight
