@@symantares9171 My headcanon is that Lex has actually found of Supes's identity multiple times, but he keeps blocking it out of his head because he can't fathom that level of humility. There's a department of Lexcorp that's been "working on it" for years, but mostly they just use the funding to work on other projects and makes up excuses for the "lack of plausible results".

​​@@kronemerjThe Blackhawks were actually one of the biggest names in comics from the 40's to the 60's, ranking along with Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Captain Marvel and Captain America in popularity. The team was composed of a single member from each country that was attacked by the Axis in WWII: Blackhawk himself was Polish, and other members from French, Dutch, American, Swedish and Chinese. The series continued past WWII and was bought by DC in 1956, who continued to publish them until 1968. The series declined 1967 when DC attempted to reboot them from being Robin Hood style pilot adventurers to being generic superheroes. That obviously didn't go well and killed the series within a year. DC revived them again the late 70's, but that only lasted for a handful of issues, and ended with multiple members dead or turned into villains. Then, in the early-mid 80's, Spielberg and (I think) George Lucas approached DC about making a Blackhawk film in the style of Star Wars and Indiana Jones. That should tell you just how big of a name Blackhawk was. DC promptly revived the series as a reboot set during WWII and written by Mark Evanier, who was Jack Kirby's apprentice. That series is actually one of my favorite of all time by DC, and to me got everything about the team perfect. Unfortunately, the film fell into development hell, so DC just axed the series on a cliffhanger. The team was revived again Post-Crisis, once again in a WWII set reboot, but also didn't last. Since they just get continuity nods, and in the New 52 were rebooted as mercenaries and associated with Hawkman. Other fun trivia points with them include the fact that their battle cry was indeed "Hawkaaa!," and they had a full on theme song that was published along with musical notes and lyrics for their readers to play and sing. Aside from Nazis, they also fought supervillains like their archenemy Killer Shark, King Condor, Mr. Freeze (not that one), the Jailer, the Mole, the Bio-Lord, the Men from G.E.O.R.G.E. and others. The series was also somewhat controversial for diving heavily into femme fatale characters and sexy (though not sexualized or scantily clad) female characters who were just as tough as the men. I apologize for the impromptu history lesson, I just thought you'd find it interesting, since you only heard of them from JLU. That show is a treasure trove for any comics fan! Edit: Actually, Linkara should totally checkout Blackhawk #228 at some point. Not only is it the issue that began their stupid "we'll become superheroes arc," but that's also prompted I'm in story by Batman, Superman, Green Lantern and the Flash LITERALLY GOING TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE US AND COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW MUCH THE BLACKHAWK'S SUCK FOR NOT BEING SUPERHEROES! If that wouldn't be a goldmine for Bat-dickery humor, I don't know what would.
