They removed that function ages ago. Kyle needed to be able to destroy Parallax with or without Hal's body so they removed that function from all the new rings. Things didn't turn out that way but still. Once Hal got revived from his Spectre duties, he had a ring that could kill.

Wow bats done screwed up weakening supes to the vampires. Granted he didn't know for sure he wasn't already turned, but he should've had an idea that a vampire wouldn't be able to pierce supes skin with a bite. Also how were they able to enter the bat cave? Man, all these turns are dumb. The way flash gets captured when he isn't supposed to be containable. Wonder woman is a God she isn't supposed to be vulnerable to someone's stare. I wish we got to see a super weak Superman vampire because he’s kinda useless as one being a photosynthesizer after all. I love this though the Batman arrow duo was so good and I love how useful arrow is I don’t see him being used much kinda like Hawkeye but He’s so cool actually. I love this though it’s not even heroes v villain but vampires vs non vamps. Damien is such a cool character and Harley gets her amazingness spotlighted!

I would like to see a dc timeline with zombies, werewolves, and vampires. A justice league dark timeline. Or series of comics. It would be nice to see a marvel timeline like the too.
