Hey Axel, nice video as always! But, I disagree about not to loot every single chest. For new players or returning players (my case) is vital to loot every single chest and get everything you can, lootgen is a great source of Cannith Essence and Crafting Leveling.

A potion bag needs to be added to the game. That'd cure most of my inventory issues.

Maybe I missed it, but I didn't hear you mention that junk loot can be useful for Cannith crafting essences; IF you want to craft. It's probably too tedious for most, but that's what I do with my junk loot. Also, essences will bring shards on the auction.

Mule character pro tip - consistent naming theme, prefix plus suffix eg. "TimWeapons", "TimClothes" etc. can make life a lot easier to track down particular things when you want to kit out a character. A wide quiver is essential IMO on every character, house D one if at all possible - remember to empty it out fairly regularly too & since there's a number of ways to add returning chance to get more value out of them, some specific ammo types (DR breaking especially like the anarchic/axiomatic/holy) can often sell pretty well on the AH as a nice way to get some extra funds. Spell components will be used in the order they appear in your inventory, important to remember if you have some of the omnispell dust/stones - put your regular components in one of the first inventory tabs then the omnispell ones in the last tab, so that way they'll only be consumed when the regular, much cheaper ones run out. A related tip, drag & drop your spell components into their own hotbar in order (level 1 in slot 1, level 2 in slot 2 etc) so you can check your stocks at a glance. If you're really struggling for space eg. on a TR emptying your cache, list some items at a ridiculously high start price & buyout in the AH or ASAH so it's unlikely to get sold. Not good long-term, but for short term it can be really nice & hey, if someone does end up buying it, then you'll have got a great price for it anyway. ASAH in particular can be handy since it'll return the listing fee on unsold items & cancelled listings plus if you're VIP, you can even open it inside a quest if you find that your pack is full.

If you own Ravenloft and Sharn, you pretty much feed all other items to sentient as all other stuff are pretty much obsolete with some exceptions.

The spreadsheet is a good idea, I'm just pretending my inventory isn't that dire 😅

There is also an option of guild storage. People who do not want to join any guild, can found their own and level it up. It does not take long even for a single character and if you do couple of sagas, it is a matter of few weeks of regular play. Meantime, watch auction house to buy Guild storage deed 3x cheaper than it is sold on airship. It took my character like a month to set up an extra 4, 20 slot chests and after 2.5 months and like 7 sagas, guild has lvl 31, so in 2-3 months I will be able to upgrade the storage further. The cons is that it is only for unbound, but 80/160/240 spaces for items you might want to use "later" or are wainting in a queue to be sold (asah has a limit of 10 items posted at actime, at least for premium accounts), cannot be neglected.

Have a lvling plan it can help u manage loot use universal stat gear .I use crap gear til 5 then have crafted gear til at switch to Slavers gear,Rl at 10 until 15 I use crafted/named carries me to 20 saves alot of space.Plus Each char only uses certain weapon types makes farming/keeping gear easier.(exam)My main Sorrowsaim uses either range Bows/Crossbows or light weapons daggers/shortswords. This makes my lives easier and still always some variaty to keep from burnout.My bank toons are labeled in a manner so I know what they carry,Sorrowsloft carries Rl gear,another carries armors sheilds etc.Good info Axel as always.

Also get House K favor with your low level mules...free bank space is less mules. Ask buddies or even people you are cool with to pike some quests.

If I make other toons on different servers...is it like Lotro so that I get store coins for the things I do on diff toons that I did on my main server?

Around what level do green items start reliably giving 10+ cannith essence? I could be talked into skipping random loot below that threshold

There's an exception in the reincarnation cache where you can put items in. Items that will stack (such as potions) can be added to existing stacks.

Also can use guild chests if not bound. Guildies can take it though.

Picking and choosing what to take from every chest is a lot more hassle and time investment than just clicking loot all and selling every 10 quests imo

I ran a few heroic lives where i ran past every junk chest saves 20% of time

Don't forget to click the auto gather box on your bags.

I take junk loot and crunch it to build up Cannith crating experience but I am only at level 10 and canith level 52

Axe, I was trying to find the old video you made about this new quest that had sahuagin, but couldn't find it. You said you liked "the new texture" DDO put in the quest; that new texture was a shiny black rock with white speckles, and it was part of the wall/ceiling. Is there by any chance a video like that that you made?

Yea, I got rid of bunch of crafted items before they revamped the loot system, and crafting system. Really regretted it after both times. This is some really bad advice. There are ton of unique , limited time items that you don't know that are gonna be gone the next update, or is gonna become like min level 15+, or need crafting level of over 9000 instead of level 4, or ghostbane/etheral stuff. Or just anti ooze stuff. Like I had empty Crystal Cove runs because no one has Ghost bane items at lover level range. Also you can use auction house as second bank space.

Uhhhh Junk loot = cannith crafting supplies and i can reg sell my excess for shards... bad advice man....
