I've just realized that cobweb is actually very similar to dead bushes. It's not renewable or abundant, it can only be collected with shears or silk touch and it drops an otherwise easily obtainable resource. The only difference is that unlike dead bushes it's extremely annoying because it slows you down.

This is the only channel that goes on a huge tangent that is completely different from the thing I came for while still being interesting...

Deadbushes are so useful if you start in the desert 👁👄👁 they help conserve wood if you cant find much. Also theyre very good for decoration if you're building like a destroyed, post apocalyptic or poisonous-looking biome

i think you should be able to compost the poisonous potato and instead of regular bonemeal you get spoiled bonemeal which stunts the growth of crops so you can have any height or any stage of plant as decoration
