This game looks like a lot of fun to play and with the right group, it'll be hilarious! (Btw I saw on Nea's card that when she uses her Balanced Landing ability, she's unable to interact on the turn she uses it 12:03 ) Great video, regardless!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe Nea should not have been able to work on that generator at 12:05, nor unhook at 42:35, because Balanced Landing takes away your interaction, correct? Regardless, VERY excited for this game :) Thank you for the playthrough!

Realistic Claudette roleplay. Crouch walks up to a locker at the start of the game and get's inside with the killer nowhere in sight.

The only issue is that the audio is terribly mixed. It goes from too quiet to hear, to crazy loud. And then the ads are blowing out my speakers. Just pointing out the issue.

The flow of this game matches the video game in scarily close detail. And survivors need to step up their communication. Killers look like they can snowball quick.

Balanced landing was used wrong. Instead of interacting. (also gives BP) It seems to be a cool game. Also discourages tunneling & camping which the actual game doesn't.

Haven't seen Whitney in what feels like ages. Nice to have her back (and every player is great of course).

30:45 i notice that when the crow is revealed you guys interpereted this as being non interactable by jake because he needs a blood point, the rule book only says interacting gives the killer a blood token, i assumed this just meant from the pile and not a transferal? It doesnt say theres a cost to survivors

Nice game. You were playing Nea's Balanced landing wrong though. You have to move first, then instead of interacting, you can use balanced landing to move again. You don't get to interact and you gain a BP.

Would love to see a Game the Game of Nemesis, bit long but would be great to see.

I watched this video so many times while I was waiting for my collector's edition to get to me! It really did tide me over for a while. I've noticed that every video of gameplay for this board game gets at least one thing wrong, though.

Excellent video, very entertaining and explanatory, but I have a small question: If the survivor who is hung on the hook is not rescued in the same round, does he die or what happens to him?

This is a really good conversion of the videogame, maybe the best I've seen.

I dont understand, if the killer goes last each round, how can anyone unhook somebody between the killer's turn and the end of the round?

They should make this an online game(app)..it will be amazing to play with friends..or online with others

I might be wrong here, but weren't they supposed to sabotage the hook aka put the Entity token on top of the hook token at 50:20? Then the killer wouldn't have gotten the chance to hook Meg there in the same round? Fun game and great video regardless, I enjoyed the whole thing. Thanks!

I just bought this game and I had to watch this to learn exactly how to play it. It was actually super fun to watch

You need to include on screen text, as every other board game channel does, that corrects the many mistakes you make during playthroughs. Otherwise you will confuse people and end up teaching them the incorrect way to play games.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, most of the killers agree to help the entity because it supplies them with more people to hurt and kill and thats all they wanted. One being Blight, the entity gave him the serum he wanted but inexchanged got an over dose from it and now has an addiction the entity can supply. Also, this game looks so fun, now I want to play it XD;

How did the killer use the same movement card 2 times in the same turn?? Apart from that I understood the game but at 1:06:41 the killer uses sprint (green card) twice in the same turn, it was her power BUT she had already discarded the sprint card, so I just can't understend why she was allowed to use an already discarded card since when you move you discard the card. Anyways, the video is amazing, keep up the great work!

And interacting only happens after you move, so she'd need to move first, then she could go against the direction of the vault... There *is* always room for growth, unless I missed something here, then I am the one that needs to grow...

Not sure where to leave requests, so I'll try here. Could you please do a game the game for the new adorable dim sum game Steam Up? I love this series, and feel it has the best production value and host/guests, especially since we lost Will Wheaton and Table Top!

So I’ve played this game 4 times now and killer hasn’t won a single time. They haven’t even gotten close to winning. What we found was that killer gets way too many blood points that they become irrelevant and that the survivors can kinda just ignore killers. Everyone we’ve played with has played the video game for a considerable amount of hours and we play board games multiple times per week. That being said, the killer feels like they can’t make a single mistake and it’s very easy to be sun optimal with your play due to it being a hidden movement game with rng involved. We can’t see how the killer is able to win as the most amount of hook stages we’ve got is 4 on deathslinger. It seems that the survivors have too many good resources that are so easy to use and plan around or even adapt to that the killer can’t really keep up. I noticed in this vid that billy got 3 injures in one turn which is a major play and they also managed to hook the 2 turns after. I think the reason this happened was due to the survivors not min-maxing their turn as much as us which our group tries to do as much as possible. We like the game even tho killer side seems horribly underpowered and survivors are essentially on god mode and we are determined to make it work. I’m just wondering if other people are running into the same problems as us or aren’t at all and what people think. The game has a brilliant board and a very very good flow to the game but it seems so unbalanced that we can’t understand how to make it work. Great video and I loved the gameplay provided!
