Well the survivor would still have to touch the gen that thrilling tremors blocked after thrilling tremors deactivates so dead mans switch can then block it when the survivor lets go. So yes it can but its possible it won't because that survivor could just be the one who goes for the save or whatever else they feel necessary. But its not bad at all.

I don’t think it would stack, I simply think it would run out when the last perk runs out. So if dead man’s switch lasts for 45 seconds, and thrilling ended after only 16 seconds, the gen would be blocked for a maximum of 45 seconds

I think most people who play killer a lot know that scratch marks have been super buggy basically since inception.

Pallet dodge is def a muscle memory thing lol, especially when you're not paying super attention like tofu cause he's trying to give commentary

Scratch marks are also just bad on Ormond, I hate that map

Iirc nemesis only activates when stunned or blinded, it wont proc if obs changes for other reasons

@@l4dfanatic11 Tofu did a vid on furtive chase with nemesis with clown some time ago and it revealed the obsession, idk if it still is the same or if they nerfed but you can search.

@@l4dfanatic11 Nemesis has 2 effects - first it changes obsession to survivor who stunned you with pallet or locker, and second effect when survivor becomes obsession you see his aura for 4 secs and he is oblivious for a 60 secs. Both effects work separately, so when obsession changes by whatever reason - second effect will come into play no matter what.

@@kingol4801 It doesn't say it in the description, because descriptions in this game are garbage, but bone clapper does make it so you can hear the bell from anywhere on the map.

Yeah, you are missing something. DMS works only when Obsession hooked, Pop works at every hook, DMS saves gen progress, Pop regress it and gen keep regressing until someone touch it. To scare survivor off the gen you need to run there, while DMS timer is ticking down, so most of times it is worth of 30 seconds or less. If Obsession is dead - DMS is wasted slot, Pop keep working. To keep DMS for all match you need to waste 1-2 perk slots for Furtive/Nemesis to be able switch Obsession, and Nemesis is not guaranteed if survivors drop pallets without stun. To use DMS on several gens you need specific killers or gens under repairs close to each other. Even with Spirit with Beads I wasnt able to block even 2 gens with DMS - ppl were just keep working on gens at rank 1. In red ranks you need to switch targets very often to keep ppl injured and get rid of pallets as soon as possible, and it is not guaranteed that you will hook Obsession more than 3 times. 10 hooks with Pop regress 2,5 gens, 3 hooks with DMS maaybe delay 1-2 gens for a 30-40 seconds. In the endgame Pop is better by miles.

@@DmitryPetkov Of course Pop is over all the better perk. I was just saying that DMS has a lot of potential. Sure it won't work very consistentyl but in theory you should be able to block 3 gens for 40 secs and the rest for like 25 secs. If it will ever happen or not isn't the point I'm trying to make. People often call it an awful perk but when you play it just right, even if it only blocks one or two gens for 35 seconds or so, it can win you the game. The only real issue is, as you mentioned, that it only works when you hook the obsession. But that's at least 3 hooks. In practice there wil propably be multible DSs so the obsession will switch eventually for another 1 or 2 hooks. And about your argument that you have to scare people away from gens: with pop you alway have to run to a gen, if someone works on it they have to let go and than you still have to kick it and it only works on one gen at a time. Sure Pop is still way way better, but DMS can work just as well

@@TG-bw3kv But same goes to DMS, you need to travel to each gen to force survivor off it, otherwise ppl have no reason to stop working on gen. When gen is blocked progress is just saved. When you kick it with Pop you apply 25% at once and gen keep regressing, so it is always much more value than plain 25%. If you will try to run around and scare ppl off gens, by the time you reach second gen, perk timer will expire or will be close to expire. And for DMS you need at least some informational perk to which gen you need to go, otherwise you can just waste time going to gen with no ppl on it. (Ofc same goes to Pop, you need to know where to go) And dont forget - your primary objective is to kill ppl, so if you travel to gen with DMS, and see it became white, will you just leave to another gen for the sake of blocking it or will you initiate chase with survivor who was on this gen? If you go for chase - DMS is just a single gen perk, and much worse than Pop. If you choose to travel somewhere else - you are just wasting huge amount of time. Also there is another problem with DMS - it can help survivors to keep progress. Pretty normal situation - you hook obsession and someone decides to go for save - his gen is blocked and if you run near it - you cant kick it! And when survivor returns to gen - it will be exactly at same progress. DMS is terrible perk, both on paper and even worse on practice.

@@DmitryPetkov The regression from Pop can be stopped with a single tap while DMS will block the gen and survivors cant do shit about it. Where is the difference between blocking a gen and they save their progress or kicking it, they lose progress but can work on it right away. Both just gives you a bit more time which is exactly what a killer needs. Lets say a gen is half way done. One survivor will take about 40 seconds to finish it. Now lets say the gen is 99 but blocked for 40 seconds. The survivor still has to wait 40 seconds before he can finish it. Sure he can do other things in this time but the main objective are the generators. Especially in late game DMS can hit survivors hard. Lets say they have four gens left. You hook the obsession next to one of the gens. Now someone who propably works on a gen has to let go of it to go save. If they aren't SWF another survivor might try to get the save too. That's two gens blocked, one gen next to the hook and only one gen left you have to take care of. It's situational, sure, but so are many perks. People just have to figure out how to use DMS to its full potential. It's far away from beeing terrible

@@TG-bw3kv That a lot of "if" there: If obsession is alive and beeing hooked, if there are 2 ppl trying to go for save, if all 4 gens are close enough, so you can patrol them fairly fast. I dont see how this perk can be useful, really, it has too many conditions to be effective. As I wrote in comment to Daniel Sousa under this video - blocking perks should be changed to have less conditions, check it - it is several comments lower.

Sean Oneill He’s just the opposite of Nurse. Nurse gets no gen pressure, but can use her ability to close chases so much quicker, Wraith gets gen pressure like you don’t believe but his ability is useless in chase

ACES nemesis is way better

if they were regressing when the gens get blocked. it will do the regress animation. but it will not make the generator regress anymore well blocked. its been tested by many people and plus my self.
