I had a younger employee about 10 years ago. Every time he came in, he would say "hello my fellow Americans". He was so goofy. He passed away suddenly. When you say hello Americans, it reminded me of him. 😢

Thank you guys for this reaction. This is one of my favorite movies. Being retired military this movie hits different for me. Anthony made some bad decisions. He should have gotten with Delilah instead of Juanita & he wouldn’t have had to deal with Cutty & he shouldn’t have gotten Cleon involved in the heist. I wanted him to get revenge on Cutty more than i did Cowboy. He faced a lot of disrespect from everyone including Cowboy, his brother, Cutty, Juanita & the judge. His boss should have given him a heads up that he was closing down so business so he could look for another job. Larenz Tate’s been acting since the age of 10 years old. He appeared on Matlock, 21 Jump Street, Amen, The Wonder Years, New Attitude, Family Matters, You Take The Kids, The Royal Family & The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. This was a good movie. Chris Tucker was good and I think most comics are good doing straight parts. The Vietnam War was such a hard time. A lot of young men went and some of them didn't come back. I have friends who suffer from the affects of agent orange, which I assume was what the Chris Tucker character was suffering from. I don't think they would have caught if they had not started spending the money. Over all. a very good movie

I seen this movie in the theater when it came out, when i saw the trailer, i knew i had to see this movie! I still own the soundtrack for the film! Unfortunately, this movie came out at the worst possible time, the O.J Simpson verdit was handed down. It might of had to do with the low box office turnout?Another film too was totally overlooked at the same time. Denzel Washington in "Devil in a Blue Dress"! Another great movie! It's a 1940's Los Angeles Private Detective Film Noir from 1995. A must see! Check it out, watch the Trailer! A great review as always!👍

You should watch ATL starring T.I. and Lauren London..good movie. But this movie right here was the second movie by The Hughes Brothers who created Menace to Society..Larenz Tate who played O Dog in Menace is a great actor and didnt get type cast due to his range in acting..this movie is one of his best acting roles and he showed he has more range than just playin a thug. Chris Tucker also did a great Job playing a dramatic role in this flick.. Terrence Howard earned that ass whooping and the Hughes Bros also made The Book Of Eli with Denzel Washington..💯 keep watching the classics

I've been meaning to watch this for decades. The movie overall was alright, but it felt like it was missing something. Some of the actors felt like a miscast and the story itself could've been fleshed out a little more. But then again I'm judging it from this edited version so I'll probably watch the film on my own and see if my opinion changes. As always though, I enjoyed the reaction and I look forward to the next. Hopefully y'all will get around to "A Man Apart" and "Judgement Night" and some one in the comments also suggested "Sugar Hill" w/Wesley Snipes and Blood In, Blood Out w/ Benjamin Bratt. I 100% recommend both of those films as well. Both are classics and incredibly deep. Y'all Take Care ...
