Literally my news of the summer. They could simply put Dead Rising 1 into the 2 engine and I'd be so psyched. I hope this isn't too much like 3 and (especially) 4; I just didn't vibe with those engines and styles as much 2, Off the Record, and Case Zero/West. But, since it's just a remaster, maybe they won't touch the gameplay much at all...

Only thing i could ask for is slight modernization of the gameplay. Especially aiming. But thats a personal preference

This seems like more than simply just a deluxe remaster, like yeah it literally says that in the title but there could be some more cool stuff being added.

To me that was always part of the charm of the original. Frustrating yes, but felt like a call back to the movies when certain characters would just get overrun. But I understand why it would be better to fix it
