Yes, in March of 2020, the Dead Sea scrolls were proven to be forgeries, which many of us believed for their entire public existence.

The scrolls that were proven fake were at a Museum of the Bible in the US. Those scrolls were "discovered" in the 2000s. The Dead Sea Scrolls discovered in 1947 and held at a Museum in Israel are, however, not forgeries, and even predate Jesus' birth. The Dead Sea Scrolls make a point that the Bible has been accurate and consistent for thousands of years. Because of this, it's prophecies, especially regarding the Messiah, need to be considered and evaluated. Why? Because the prophecies telling of the Messiah, number between 456 to 574, and Jesus fulfilled at least 300 of those prophecies while on this earth, and the rest He will fulfill when He returns. If this is the case then we now need to seriously consider Jesus' claim of being the Messiah. Because, as C.S Lewis said, for the things that Jesus said and did, he cannot be considered a great moral teacher; he was either a lunitic, the devil himself, or is truly the Messiah, and if He is the Messiah (which He is), then we must surrender ourselves to Him.

jed ob1 You couldn’t be MORE wrong, and are using jumbles or words and misplaced ‘facts’ to once again, challenged the ‘scary’Carbon-14 dating because nothing can challenge your belief system - therefore you live in a constant state of confirmation bias. These scrolls have been tested at 3 separate labs across the world- all concur, even though the techniques differed. You cannot defeat science, even when you think you know enough of science (which you don’t) to twist it.
