Oh yeah, the lyrics in all their songs are written by the 22 year old frontman, Damiano David. Really talented bunch all of them, and bearing in mind many of their songs are older, we are talking about barely out of puberty kids killing it both in the lyrics and music parts. They deserve greater recognition, although I do not want them to write and sing predominantly in English - their English tracks are really cool but in Italian they are magical!

This band took many of us by surprise, young and old :-) Such quality, such charisma and energy, I have not experienced this in a long time. Amazingly, they have 20 other songs of highest quality (I know, hard to believe !!) and they are only 20-22......Since I saw them at Eurovision, I am totally addicted and struggle to get my work done....

I am italian and of course I live here! and i know and follow Maneskin since they won italian xfactor in 2017. the band's name is not italian :it means moonshine in danish, because, Victoria, the bassist, is half danish. I am happy that many guys and influencers on social networks are making maneskin known all over the world and I literally enjoy it when you have enthusiastic reactions because the Italian song has always been something else in the world. but there is also Italian rock and even if you don't understand the words, but now with the internet you can find the lyrics everywhere but the music is crazy and I've seen a lot of metal or rock influencers or social media who like their music. Italian is not an easy language to put into music, it is complex and we have a thousand words to explain a thousand emotions, it is not as easy as English and it does not lend itself to the speed of sound. so they are doubly good! and when I hear you sing in Italian on youtube I am proud of it and we all feel citizens of the world, all the same, no different, without racism or superiority between one country and another. ciao dall' Italia!

I have seen many KZfaq commentators from all over the world moving their heads up and down to the rhythm of bass, drums and electric guitar of this band. It seems incredible, but these young boys from Rome started their careers as simple buskers when they where only 16-17 years old... The Maneskin deserve to travel the world to do live concerts !

They've fast became one of my favourite bands - incredible musicality and presence made more impressive by their age (20-22). I'd recommend Coraline, Le Parole Lontane or Torna Casa for something poetic and meaningful, Moriò da Re or I wanna be your Slave for something that straight up just slaps, and also check out their xfactor audition (they placed 2nd on the Italian xfactor in 2017) and covers like Somebody Told Me and Kiss This

Loved the reaction, it was genuine. I don't know if you ever heard or listened to them already, but you should check Lacuna Coil - Blood, Tears, Dust (The 119 Show - Live in London) they are from Italy as well and they play gothic/heavy metal but they are really unique.

every single song is written and arranged by them every track is spectacular! their versatility, their passion, their desire to shout feelings and emotions to the world make their songs special. they are everything ... their style unites the youngest and the oldest! I've seen them twice in concert and their energy is overwhelming !!!! i love this guys listen to all the songs on their albums, read the lyrics and fall in love with them!

Just subscribed😏 I loved your reaction, so genuine🤗 Let me give you a bit of their background: the band was 16-18 yo when appeared on X Factor Italy in 2017 with their unreleased song Chosen (you can easily find the video, it's nice to see from where they started😉). Unfortunately they placed 2nd, but their first and second album were already pure gold🤯 this year they won Sanremo (the most important italian song festival) and then Eurovision. I would suggest to have a look to both their album, IL BALLO DELLA VITA and TEATRO D'IRA VOL.I.

The fun fact is that this song didn't so much for the judges and it was barely reacted to top five, but in eurovision you have an audience voting to and they got the most point from the public so they ended up destroying the competition.
