It can be hard as a gardener to actually cut your flowers, preferring instead to visit them where they bloom in the garden. However a little bit of early deadheading will encourage the plants to bloom again and give you the chance to bring some flowers into for the house.
With careful conditioning these flowers can still last a week or more in the vase.
Here is how cut and arrange mine getting the best of both worlds!
