My leaves are going yellow. Can you help? Is that too much water? Shall I just not water it for a bit now? I’ve been watering every day so I’ve watched your video so I think I should stop watering. I think I’ve overwatered.

Great video. I've been looking for detailed instructions on growing my native Carolina Larkspur and this was the best by far. Fascinating how much the foliage changes as the plant grows. Thanks again.

Hi I have tried watering from underneath with water at a low level in the tray which is probably the reason why my seed mix didnt get fully moist. I tried water from above but I’m not sure about the frequency of watering as i keep getting fungus gnats. Also at what level do i put the seeds. Thx

I bought this glower at my local big box store. I wanted to try since ive never seen these flowers before. They are small like 3-4” tall, had one bloom and now the little flower have fallen. I cut the seed pods. I am hoping they grow larger and many blooms. 😅

I can’t get on with this peat free compost. It dries out so quickly. Sometimes having to water pots twice a day as the ‘compost’ does not retain the water and runs straight out the bottom. Even putting a saucer underneath the pot does nothing as the compost does not soak it up where peat compost would. How this is more environmentally friendly to use peat free compost, I do not know as I am having to use more water. Water, which is a scarce commodity.

How long (1-2 years?) must avoid planting on the same area? And how many foots are contaminated near tubers?
@zoewoodwardgardening29 күн бұрын
Honestly I have had no problems planting again in the same place. it's the damaged tuber that let the gall in, don't over water and rot the tuber, that's the quickest way to get gall. Gall is in all our garden anyway, Dahlias are just sensitive to it as they are not native.
