He makes it look sooo easy!! He doesn't even grunt or scream after like most people do after deadlifting heavy, and most of them aren't even deadlifting near as heavy as he is. I aspire to become as strong as this WeakGuy! 💪💪

@@swalouzz. 8 days later, ive been on a program that runs 8 sets of deadlifting per session and although its kinda painful most of the time, using the right technique guarantees you wont injure yourself. use good judgement and go way lighter than normal when starting hook grip

I'm stuck at 170kg (375lbs) deadlift, it is my 1RM. My friend got from 200kg (440lbs) to 240kg (530lbs) in less than a month.. how can I get to at least 200kg (440lbs) for reps. Please someone help ME!
