For people in the comments, fun fact about Kanye's scoopity poop song. That was him burning bridges with Drake. Drake didn't feature on an album Kanye was producing because he didn't have time or something and so Kanye used that beat, which he gave Drake to use previously, and added the rap over it to make sure Drake couldn't use it for anything. This was also the beginning of the Pusha T feud which was about the same issue (I think Drake didn't feature on Pusha T's album which was for the best imo) Drake talked about that on Lebron's Barbershop show.

100% agree with Santino its all about caloric intake/outtake, if you use more than you put in you will be healthy. The caloric surplus should only be when you're trying to gain more muscle mass/weight. Caloric deficits are to lose and then maintenance calories are to stay the weight you are. It's really simple when you get to the bones of it.
