Mako and Aile will reunite for a oneman concert in September 2019. In preparation, they will also perform at a smaller show on June 22. The official fanclub has been reopened, so maybe there is a chance for even more activity in the future. They haven't commented on what happened to the other two members. Personally, I am incredibly hyped for all of this.

Looking back this was the best generation of jrock. A good fusion of grunge and numetal. They really nailed the production here.

I wish they'd been better known while they were active. Everything deadman put out was fascinating. There are bands that have cribbed parts of their look, but I'll always have a special place in my heart for this band.

Yeah. They disbanded in 2006. It really IS a pity, though. Mako is an amazing vocalist (the lyrics tend to be beautifully sad too, from the three translations of three of their songs that I've seen). But yeah. I'm an avid Deadman fan, btw. This band (and this particular song) got me into Japanese music. I've found that their music remains beautiful and unique, even years after they disbanded... ...yeah. I

Actually, Mako and Marilyn Manson know each other and Marilyn Manson gets his look from Mako and other VK artist. At least that's what my sister, who's a big Mako fan, said. She said that there was even in incident where Hide (X Japan) got really mad at Marilyn Manson for using his look without asking.

Yes, I actually heard that, you're right! (I did some more research just to be sure) I may have to give Manson another chance because I heard that he cared for a Japanese Visual Kei musician I love.. And when that musician died it affected Manson.
