If you listen close during the trailer, when Deadpool says fans have been waiting decades for this one, the audio is slightly different from the other dialog surrounding it. I'm fairly sure the fight he is referring to isn't sabertooth, but the dialog surrounding that line IS talking about sabertooth. It's a subtle difference, but you can clearly hear that the "decades" line is from a different scene.

I could see that being the human torch, Chris Evans in that cage and when he comes out of that cage, I can hear Deadpool saying “ Hey, it’s Cap. it’s an honor to meet you and then salute him.” And then have Chris Evans say something crazy back to him. The hulk is only gonna be a small cameo when Deadpool is jumping through the multiverse trying to find a variant of Wolverine to help him. We’ll probably only see him for a short time, and I doubt there will be much from it other than a nod to Wolverines first appearance in the comics.

Hulk is in it but that isn't the Hulk in this scene. He's in Sokovia, the scene where Deadpool is killing TV members in the snowy woods in when it happens and they don't make the audience wait long for it either. Get an of few minutes of action but Deadpool cuts it short by shooting the hulk with several tranq darts. A nod to Deadpools cameo in Hulk vs Wolverine animated feature. As for who is in the cage?
